When I came in to pick up an order that was placed online, I was expecting the price to be about $20 as we bought 2 pizzas and wings as a part of their $6.99 special, when the worker read me the price of $28 I asked if that was right, and said that’s not what the price said online. She printed the receipt and showed me. But when I went to pay she wouldn’t let me and insisted that I don’t worry about the price due to the discrepancy. I was very grateful. Later that night, I found I was incorrect about the price, so I had gotten my pizza for free because Papa John’s Selinsgrove has OUTSTANDING customer service!

Dining in/take out is the way to go. First time I tried delivery.. from anywhere. Never again. My hotel is within a mile and it took almost an hour from the time I ordered it to be delivered. My food was lukewarm at best. The pizza showed up like I bought it in person and forgot in the vehicle.
I will say the manager? called me and apologized a couple days later and refunded my money… That was good on him. I really appreciated the gesture.

The online ordering by web page and app are impossible to complete. I tried PapaJohns gift cards and they won’t work. I can’t rate food, service or atmosphere because I can’t order at all. Unfair to blame workers. I blame the corporates. Fix the website!

A large pizza was a bit smaller (14″) than expected but great for two people, great deal for their $8 carryout w/ 1 topping. Plus free garlic dipping sauce 🙂
Update: if you “Papa size” it for $2 it’s 16″ and with the $8 carryout deal, definitely worth it! I was going to take a picture before we started but we were too excited to eat

I order regularly from your store location in Selinsgrove, usually about once a week. I nearly always get a ten piece order of honey Chipotle chicken poppers, and some other items. Usually the chicken are fine. The last two orders however have had barely any sauce on them. The first time I didn’t say anything. Now the second time I called in to let them know that there wasn’t enough sauce for ten pieces of chicken. The workers on the phone handed me off twice, so I had to keep explaining myself. The last employee I spoke to told me that it was impossible as he had made the food that there was no way it was true. I literally have a picture of the wings in question. So not only do I have barely sauced wings, but I have been called a liar. I asked for new wings to be sent out, but the worker hung up on me so I’m not even sure any are on the way. I hope so. But I’m extremely upset by the lowering standards and even more upset about being called a liar and the poor way I was spoken to/treated by employees. You can see I’m the picture that even after tossing the wings myself I couldn’t get enough sauce to even look like there is anything on them. Dry chicken isn’t what I ordered and now after waiting I feel like I wasted time and money.

Everytime we pick up our orders we are met with the most welcoming guy. Always says hi when you walk in, comes out to hold the door if your hands are full, or brings it to your car if you have kids sleeping in the car. The food is always great too.

I felt bad for the employees as we were there a few minutes before opening, the staff was professional and kind giving us a heads up that it’d take a little longer due to the oven heating up. They were quick to make the food and it came out delicious. The place is a bit small and has been the same since I can remember. They have TVs in the dining room area so if you’re waiting or eating there you have some entertainment.
