Worsr experience of my life. Ordered food on the app and was given a pickup time of 550. Once I arrive was told they are running behind and to wait in the parking lot and they would bring it out to me. After waiting 25 mins I called them at which point they brought out my food. Hot sandwich was cold would not recommend this location at all.

I’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately one specific staff member’s behavior has consistently been unprofessional. After asking for her name, I was told it is Maria. She speaks harshly to customers, raises her voice, and creates an uncomfortable environment. Regardless of personal issues or having a bad day, customers should not be treated with hostility. The food has been good overall, but the service and atmosphere are affected by this repeated behavior. I have also contacted corporate regarding this issue, as I believe it is important for it to be addressed. I hope management looks into improving customer service at this store.

Literally the worst subway!!!! The girl with blue eyes and face full of Botox was sooo rudeee! She didn’t even wanna take our order because she was “busy” she rolled her eyes when she had to take our order. She was very extremely rude and didn’t even do my sub how I asked. She didn’t even understand full English, her attitude was horrible! Needs new staff asap

Ordered online ordered a 6 inch subway club not toasted. And a foot-long cookie. Got to pick it up and they tried to give me the wrong order. Good thing I noticed gave it back and then they gave me my order which they ended up giving me a foot-long subway club toasted. And it was over toasted and so was the cookie. I know people don’t complain about getting extra food but it’s food that’s gonna go to waste because I didn’t need that much and I didn’t want it toasted. Do better people. Pay attention have some pride..

I would rate the atmosphere, but I can’t because they won’t let anyone in the building. They always say they never have enough staff, so you have to use the drive-thru. When you are “allowed” inside, it is because you have an online order to pickup. The last 3 times I had an online order to pickup, I had to knock on the locked door and argue through glass with an employee that I had to be let in because I was picking up an order. When I was finally let in, I was told that something wasn’t available for my order, or I found out that my order was made completely wrong. Today was the last straw. I will no longer be ordering from this Subway. I ordered through the app, was told through the app that my order was ready, so I went to pick it up. I got there, and my order was not ready; In fact, they hadn’t even started making it because they were out of mayo. How is a sub shop out of mayo at 2:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday? I said it was okay to use mustard to substitute, but instead of immediately making my sub, they kept making other people’s orders that came in way after mine. At that point I was pissed and asked for a refund. I had used app rewards, and neither employee had any idea if my rewards would be returned to the app with my refund. What an awesome place. I think it either 1) needs new ownership/management or 2) needs to be shut down. It’s awful.

They are open until 9pm, but when my husband arrived before 7pm, the doors were locked, forcing him to go through the drive through. The service is always so slow as well.

I eat Subway almost everyday and it’s honestly astonishing at how this location manages to make a sandwich gross. I’d never rate anything one star from trying something once – this was my third attempt at hoping they’d just make me a normal sandwich here. Trust me when I say, do NOT come to this location. There’s a Subway right down the road (36150 Ford Rd, Westland) and I promise it’s worth an extra few minutes to have a sandwich that doesn’t leave you unsatisfied and nauseous.

Not only do they act like they don’t want to work there their entire company has gift cards out with balances that you can’t ever use because their card reader says it’s invalid and when you call the back of the number on the card to check the balance it tells you that you have money but yet you can’t ever use it and their home office won’t answer a single call so you can’t even complain about getting your money back

Today, 01/08/2026, I ordered a regular tuna sandwich for my daughter and found a worm crawling on the wrapper when she opened it to eat. This is completely unacceptable and very concerning for food safety. This shows poor hygiene and lack of proper inspection. I expect management to investigate this seriously and take action to prevent this from happening again.

Don’t plan on coming here and having a decent time. Short staffed (only one person, a total violation), and the staff member was rude and short with customers. Would not come back to this location.
