Today was my first and last day working there! Looks clean but the manager is Nasty. I watched her take a dirty bowl rinse it out and put it under the table with the clean dishes and it was still dirty on the bottom! She asked me to wash the bread pans and told me not to use soap for it and handed me a Knife and s brush that resembled the brush you clean the toilet with. She told me to just scrub them with the brush and use the knife to scrape anything extra off. Not only that she is bad for business! Not only did she have 5 people on the clock (including herself) and refuse to let guests in to dine in from the heat (locked us in the store all day). around 9:30 pm Some random guy just pops up in the store n she talking bout it’s her husband?????!!!?! First of all things how did he get in here!!?? At this point her and I had been making sandwiches and its just me and her in the store. She Making this man foot long subs he all in the back office parlaying. Meanwhile the drive through is slapping and none of these dishes that the food is being cooked on. 10/10 do not recommend

The lady kept asking how I wanted my sandwiches but they were made wrong no tomatoes, no onions it didnt even taste good. I reccomend if you want your sandwich made go in and watch it be made. Will not be back

Place was clean and customer service was good. Much different than all the other times I went and been disappointed. Been a long time since I been back because of the service and quality so I would drive further down Ford rd. So I’m glad it’s changed at this location.

Usually the my order is on point. But on 06/05.2021, I ordered a roasted chicken sandwich and they didn’t COOK THE CHICKEN! On top of that, my sandwich was suppose to have the following, extra onions, jalapeno peppers, chipotle dressing tomatoes, provolone cheese and spinach on flat bread. I got a raw not roasted chicken with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers slices, green pepper slices, tomatoes slice, no sauce at all on flat bread! The biggest problem with Subway, you can not call them to make sure they understand the order! Below is an example of what the chicken is suppose to look like! The next photo is the sandwich with RAW chicken breast! I have spent 35+ years in customer service!, when a person has been working in that type of service, they notice the poor service much sooner than others! This is very poor service! NOT ACCEPTABLE!

I always use the drive thru and order the exact same thing – turkey footlong on multigrain toasted bread, lots of veggies, Provolone cheese and Ranch dressing. I eat half now and the other half later. Since I’m heavy enough, no chips, no cookies, no pop. The drive thru staff are patient and friendly.

The staff don’t know what they are doing and are so slow. I had 3 people in front of me and waited almost 30 to start my order. They didn’t even know how to roll the pita. All of the bins were empty. Every time I asked for something they had to go in the back and get a bag to fill the bins.

Showed up on a Sunday afternoon. At 115pm to pick up a order. Waited 10 minutes in drive thru for one car ahead of us. The lady asks us our name and says ” we have 4 sandwiches ahead of you” Rather then make the order we paid for prior. Terrible customer service maybe get another job where you do not deal with the public. Complete trash service. Then we get home and one of the sandwiches is completely wrong. We call back and she makes a bunch of excuses. Not one of which was I am sorry I made a mistake. What a complete waste. Its sad that she can’t get a order with 2 sandwiches correct. We will be talking to thee owner about Maria and the terrible experience.
