Got home, opened up the pizza, it’s not at all what I ordered. I didn’t know getting your pizza order right was a hard thing. Called the manager, ask me to bring the pizza back, I picked up the order at 5:45, went home and came back here at 6:20. Went in the place and not a single word, took the pizza from me and put the wrong pizza into the warming bag, assuming it’s going to be saved for the next unlucky customer who will get that pizza that will be sitting in for God knows how long, then I was again, not a single word, handed me my order. I wasn’t looking for a handout but not even an apology, for having me come back and forth, spending an hour of my time, for their mistake. Not that it matters but I won’t be back again.

I have been coming to this Papa John for many years. They were great at the start. Over the years, the customer service went down the drain. The guy working here looks like I owe him money whenever I go to pick up my pizza. Ok I can still deal with bad service. But today I got a completely burnt pizza. That crossed the line. I am never coming back to this store. Beware of this store, I suggest you go to a different Papa John. I am surprised that this store is still open with this kind of service and quality of pizza.

Walk up to te counter whie the worker was helping a customer . After he finishs he looks at me and walked away to boxes to make the cardboard into boxes. The other 4 employees there go about their business while all ignoring me till I asked if I can pick up my pizza. . They couldn’t find it even tho it says ready on the app.
The pizza was cut unevenly with some slice 4 inch and some 2 inches wide. The sauce is seriously lacking. The brand motto should be

We always order pizza from Papa John’s for takeout. The location doesn’t have tables to dine in, only a bench for waiting. Perfect for grabbing a delicious pizza to enjoy at home!

Their store hygiene is very poor, and there was a disgusting live cockroach in the pizza. I called their store and asked to speak to the manager, but the manager pretended not to understand English and had a very bad attitude. I said I would report it to the health department, and they said, “do whatever you want to do” and then hung up the phone.

When we ordered the pizza the Arabic guy was rude when taking our order over the phone. We placed our order and picked it up the pizza was undercooked and incorrectly made as we ordered BBQ sauce instead of Marina. They told us they would make a new one for us and to come pick it up and when we got there they demand the undercooked pizza. Claiming policy as a reason. Horrible customer service ruined our night. Order somewhere else.

I don’t know about all delivery situation to be honest but when you choose pick up option, pick the date when asian guy with glasses working at the counter. He is so helpful and very professional to handle everything even busy situation. Pizza is always great, and this epic crust is game changer..

I ordered ten toppings pizza from the app at 6pm and waiting for my husband eat together at 10,after six pieces we found a hair inside the cheese! It’s not on the top !!! Already melted with cheese! So yuck and I called the store, the manager was very rude to us, he refused to admit it was their fault and kept arguing with me the whole night, he thought we just want the refund after we full , I can’t imagine how mean is this person and how comes this person can be the store’s manager! He said if you want money I can give you $5 but you have to come here to get it , but it’s not my fault why I need to drive there? so mean, and he Threatened me not to call the company,I told him I’ll keep the dirty pizza in my fridge and the pictures. I mean I always order papa johns because that’s so yummy, but now I don’t want to eat it anymore.One star only for the store not for the food.
