Called the place, guy had no idea what he was doing. I had to remind him to take my credit card info, also had to make sure he understood it was delivery at the end. I ordered a salad with chicken added, got charged for the extra chicken but it wasn’t on the damn salad when I got it. Not to mention the salad was all Iceberg lettuce and tasted like a bag of ass, Paisano’s at least gives real lettuce and they’re professionals. I also ordered wings and they were dry as hell and sucked almost as bad as the salad. Worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. Haven’t tried the pizza… but don’t plan on it either.

I was nervous after placing my order on the phone and then reading the reviews. The gentleman on the phone did seem distracted so again, I was nervous. But the pizza and wings showed up right on time and is so good y’all! We got a ham and pineapple pizza and bbq wings. Like, really good! The only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is b/c theu wrote my c.c. # w/ expiration date on the side of the receipt they gave us. Sure glad it didn’t get accidently dropped or something.

Ordered food from them at 10:30 PM, and it arrived about two later after having to call them about it twice. Once we received our food, we found one of our items was missing from the order. Another call and we were told it would be back in ten minutes. Half an hour after that we called again only to be hung up on repeatedly so we called the driver, and the driver had apparently given the other part of our order to another party. Yet we were still charged the full amount. It’s a shame their customer service is so abhorrently poor.

If i could give this a smaller review i would. It took 2 hours to get my pizza, it was cold when i got it, and one of the pizzas had onions on it. I did not order onions. Also the other pizza was overdone, and half was crust. It was comical how much of the pizza was covered. Like a perfect half was crust. It was the most dissapointing pizza experience ive ever had, and id suggest just getting papa johns.

Immediately concerned when I called in and they didn’t even address they were the right number… Little rude. But then it grew when I asked for ricotta in a calzone (the proper way to eat one) and they said they didn’t have ricotta… Uh, you have manicotti and ravioli on your menu. Obviously frozen/pre-bought. But we were starving and didn’t want to go out. Mozzarella sticks were passable. Somehow burnt and soggy at the same time. Mild wings were bland and tasteless, and I asked for 2 ranches (generic btw) and only got one. Calzone was alright, but the food came 15 mins late. Should’ve read the reviews!

I came into Washington DC for the first time ever. After a four hour long ride. I needed a place to eat. The hotel receptionist recommended Papa Joes Pizza. I ordered the food came within thirty five minutes; I was pleased. The price was very reasonable; the delivery guy was very curtious, I wish I could have tip him more. The good food was delicious. I will be back in town to order from this place again. I recommend Papa Joes.

I called at 10 45pm ( they close at 11pm). A very unfriendly person said they would not deliver anymore. Sad, why would you leave flyers at the Holiday Inn (each room has a flyer of this place) ? This person even laughed at me.

We just ordered food from here, worst food ever! burned , cold taste like dog food. pass the word, DO NOT EAT HERE. wish I could cancel the credit order. Manager was very rude, manager would not even give us money off for being cold and late, took two hour to get .Spread the word

Their customer service, was absolutely terrible. The food showed up an hour and a half late. I called to talk about it, the guy on the other line hung up on me. I guess he didn’t like what I had to say. They are liars, deceitful, and extremely rude. Do not spend your money here.

Rude and horrible service. I placed a delivery order and they didn’t even ask for my address nor told me my total and then hung up. I had to call back to give them my address and ask for my total again they didn’t tell me and once again hung up. AND THE FOOD NEVER CAME. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. stay away
