papa headz might be the best burger in the valley in my opinion. there’s not a lot of smash burgers around, but this place definitely tops all of them. i felt like i was eating at a burger joint in LA. the burger was juicy and packed with flavor. the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside (and they’re fried with beef tallow). the ingredients are the freshest, and the food is overall amazing.

My favorite smash burger in town. You can taste the quality and it’s affordable. I highly recommend a double phixed (grilled onions and fresh jalapeños), you won’t regret it. Stop by they are located in Downtown Indio out of the Gabino’s window or get them for your next party. Support local businesses.
