We love Papa Ginos and order more than many places. However the food at all locations has definitely and continuously gone way down while the prices keep rising. I mean the past 5+ years too not just recently with the food issues in the US. The pizza is still the best out of all similar chains and other local places but these prices are insane. Then I finally make an account to save some money with reward points and have a Papa Ginos Uber Driver AND the store texting me. Just a lot for over priced “affordable” pizza… about $50 for a large cheese and 2 subs plus tip…. at least make the food better like it used to be if its going to be so overpriced, but thats almost everywhere now.

I visit this Papa Gino’s often. I have since I was a kid. I’m so glad it’s still around. They make a great pie. Each and every staff member I’ve come in contact with have been so kind and friendly to me and I see how they are with everyone that comes in. Just a great place with great people. I stopped here quickly while on my way to another place and never realized Papa Gino’s was in this area.
I didn’t have to wait in a long line at all and the cashier, Kaila was bubbly and very helpful. While I waited for my food, I used the bathroom which was clean, plenty soap and paper towels.
I love the franchise Papa Gino’s in general … it’s starting to become one of my go-to places for comfort food. And just as I expected… my pizza is steaming, smoking hot and juicy

Order 3 pizzas 1 cheese 1 pepperoni and a barbecue chicken pizza, 2/3 were good the barbecue chicken pizza was absolutely drenched in barbecue sauce to the point you can’t even pick the slices up, shows and absolute lack of care! Will not order from here again

Girl who waited on us not nice got order wrong john the manager came along turned everything around generous nice and compassionate mgrs can’t always control these young kids hopefully she will learn from him he’s great I have ordered with him before he treats the customer right and does the right thing he should be a trainer or a DM he likes his job it appears tho he’s mostly customer service oriented the most important thing of all he’s a keeper for sure we will order with him again John gets 5 stars I wish more mgrs were like him he’s great with people he needs to train people in treating customers right thanks again John for turning things around

Absolute joke. Made an on line order at 5:30 and was told it would be ready at 7:52. I called to see if that was a mistake and the kid answering the phone said yeah we are so backed up and that’s when it will be ready. Pick it up on time and everything was cold like it was sitting for an hour! Terrible service.
