Penn station’s food has fallen off badly!! The sandwiches are small, the meat was salty, service was slow, atmosphere was wonderful! What happened Penn station you used to have really big delicious sandwiches now it is terrible! I do not recommend for the price that they’re charging for the sandwiches, and the little meat that they put on the sandwiches! It’s more bread than anything and I payed for extra meat, and it was the same size as a regular sub! HOW? I PURCHASED TWO SUBS! ONE WITH REGULAR MEAT AND ONE WITH EXTRA MEAT, AND THEY BOTH WERE THE SAME SIZE! ONCE ARRIVING HOME AND OPENING THEM BOTH! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! AND NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have a Penn Station much closer to my house but I always drive to the Penn Station in Shively! They are friendly, professional, and efficient. Their sandwiches and fries are always hot and fresh! I highly recommend this Shively location as I absolutely will not visit another location.

Ordered the chicken Philly. It was pretty good but I really couldn’t taste the banana peppers, that’s usually what sets it off. The fries you see were at the bottom of the bag. There were some in the cup, but for me this was unsanitary.

I ordered a sandwich and it didnt taste right i had my daughter try it and she asked if it was a Philly sandwich. Im a vegan and the only sandwich I order is the artichoke cheese mushroom and onion sandwich. I don’t think they cleaned the grill before making mine. So no sandwich for me

Let me just start by commending this establishment on being such a wonderful restaurant. I loved my customer service. I’m disabled and they cut my sandwich for me after I asked. Roger, Carrie and Isaac are extremely friendly. I’m going to keep coming back. This restaurant is the crown jewel of Shively. I’m extremely grateful to have had lunch here today. I had the grilled club on multi wheat. Mountain Dew because I want to go fast! lol Thank you Isaac for cutting my Sandwich. Thank you Carrie for being so nice!
