Disappointed tonight with this meal. Salad was mediocre. No dressing for the salad. Fries were not cooked through. I did not receive the small pepperoni pizza that I ordered. The door dash driver that brought my food said he waited 10 minutes and was told a salad and fries was all there was and to call the restaurant. So I called the restaurant and waited on hold for several minutes. I wasnt able to go there and pick up my pizza so I asked that they refund my money. They said can you actually just use a store credit instead when I order in the future. Like I probably wont go back.

I’ve been coming here at least 2x a week with my autistic 2 year old because these days papa Gino’s pizza is the only thing he will eat (he is a very picky eater). I order ahead on the mobile app my order is always fresh and ready and the staff is very friendly and understanding. We usually sit at the same table and one time it was closed off for a party and since the party was not happening at that moment I asked James if we could please sit at our usual table and he agreed with no hesitation. Website is a disaster. I tried to order on Chrome got all the way to checkout and it just spun and spun. I called the store and they didnt get the order. I tried on Safari and I got the same thing. Called the store and they said “oh yeah. Sometimes the website hoses up.” When they took my order over the phone I gave them the Discount code. “sir that discount code says its already used” …of course it is because it’s hung up on your website! This is like the third time this is happened. Your website is worse than ever. It was bad before but you guys improved it and made it worse.

Boss BBQ chicken pizza with a crispy bake and no red onions, addicted to it. If I’m being completely honest, I’ve always hated papa ginos sauce in pizzas, but this pizza is amazing!
