Harvey at Papa Geno’s is outstanding! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome with his friendly attitude and great customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and even checked in to see if everything was just right. You can tell he really cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. People like Harvey are the reason I’ll keep coming back—he makes the whole experience better. Highly recommend asking for him if you stop in!

Keith, Adam, and Nelvin were truly amazing when I came! They were so polite and thoughtful. The pepperoni pizza I ordered was cooked to perfection with an amazing crust. Ordered 3 XL pizza’s online yesterday afternoon. Filled out all the information online including payment and delivery time. Delivery charge and tip included. Specifically was ask how to receive the pizza where I checked off “hand delivered to me”. Arrival time was 5:15. My friends came at 5pm. Watching the clock, I became concerned by 5:33pm no pizza yet. Looking at my phone to track pizza I tracked that it was delivered at 5:11pm. Opened my front door and there was the pizzas on floor of cold deck. I could not believe they left them there with a doorbell and directions to hand me the pizza. The cost of almost $80 the pizza had been outside for 24 minutes in the cold misty weather. Never again!
