I’ve never had a problem with papa Gino’s up until this last time. I ordered a small cheese pizza well done. Didn’t look at it til I got home because there’s never been an issue. I opened it up and the grease had soaked thru the pizza box and it ended up being all over my car as well. Pizza was not edible and maybe cooked for about half of the time it was suppose to. Took one bite and had to spit it out.

I love papa Gino’s but when I order on the app and it gives me a pick up time and it’s not ready when I get there and I have to wait another 10 to 20 min not happy. A gentleman who also ordered online and had to wait got a full refund but not me I got told less than 5 minutes and it’s been longer. Not a happy customer.

Good pizza, fast service, out of towner and I got a small cheese with a coupon and was really impressed. Didn’t stay in the restaurant since we took it to go but will definitely be back before we leave ! Recommend if your near there

Serious advice. Don’t get the meatballs. Get the bread with cheese and the sauce maybe. But the meatballs just so bad. They taste like they’ve been out for 2 years. The service not bad, the store feels old and just dead from inside . definitely not recommended

Both times pizza was delicious I like the sauce amount . Have to say a little heavy handed with the salt on the fries overall really good .The wait is worth it otherwise Lil Cesar’s is right there.
