The store I went to is posted that it is open until 10:00 PM, dine in and drive through. I pulled up at 9:15 and an automated message said they were closed and no one would answer me when I spoke to confirm it, after also confirming online that they were open. I went into the store and it took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was there. When they took my order I told them that there might be a mistake in the drive through as it was telling me that they were closed. All he said was “yeah that happens every night” and just walked away. I would not recommend giving the Lehighton location your business if this is how they treat customers and I will not be coming here in the future

The food here is the freshest and they always get it right. Come to think of it, I haven’t even written a negative review of an Arby’s location. This franchise really doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

Drive thru is ridiculously slow. I don’t know what’s going on with all of these places but it’s frustrating. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes! Asked for potato cakes and got curly fries. Just bad service.

It’s Arby’s the same roast beef sandwich you’ve had for years.
I like this location because it’s also right next to a Taco Bell and you can order at both and enjoy roast beef and tacos.

Usually go through the drive through here, everyone is always very friendly . Quick service. They have the best salad out of any of the fast food restaurants around this area in my opinion. Crispy Chicken Salad with Balsamic is the way to goooooo.

Absolutely horrible. Asked for a number 2( plain roast beef sandwhich). The young guy in the drive through decided to put it in as whatever he wanted, which was cheddar roast beef, not only that HONEY MUSTARD was also added to bottom bun. Not even close to what I ordered. You would think that for 15 dollars you can atleast get two simple sandwiches you ordered.

The $5.99 gyro “was to die for.” It’s fills you up better than your average hamburger, and boy is it scrumptious.
It tastes like the authentic Greek version. Have their signature curly fries, later, when your stomach isn’t quite as full.

My daughter went in to order a slider meal. When she asked for a slider meal Christina told her the sliders don’t come as a meal just a slider. (The kids meals give the option for a slider meal.) The lady only gave her a slider. When I went to try to fix the problem the lady told me my daughter is lieing and because my daughter didn’t specifically say she wanted a KIDS meal she would not give it to her. This is absolutely ridiculous. We come here all the time and have never had an issue. But we will not be returning if we see Christina working!

Alright Arby’s. I was judging when I saw this hot mess express. But I was able to eat half with my hands bc it wasn’t a goopy saucy mess and that got me to the point where I was safe to use a fork when I was parked to enjoy the delicious mess of saucy fries and bacon. It was so good and the strawberry lemonade was AMAZING. MY FORMER 1 STAR HAS INCREASED TO A 4. Thanks for doing better moving forward and growing in your food quality and sweet customer service.
