I’ve been here almost an hour waiting for a Calzone. The male employee never asked for my calzone to be made after I asked two different times and paid. The name of this employee was not provided. I asked for his name and one of the female employees, Hispanic, started talking to the manager about me asking the male employee name in Spanish, she thought I would not understand, then I heard her and answer her back in Spanish. The employees were giving me an attitude after that, only the Manager de escalate the situation. She offered me a dessert, or my money back, I told her I just want my calzone to go home. Really poor service from the employees that treat the business as if it was their own, with zero respect for the customer. I had to hear them talking about me while I was waiting for my order. I do need to say that they have a really good food and an excellent manager.

The pizza was very delicious, while the mozzarella sticks left much to be desired, they arguably might be the worst mozzarella sticks of my life. But I loved the male cashier he was so handsome!!! And nice.

Terrible service. These girls were not paying attention and got my order wrong, which is confusing because they were dead slow. They made me wait for something that was literally sitting right there under the lights. Asked for orange crush, got Pepsi. This restaurant is no where near worth the price they charge for mediocre dough and sauce.

We had the opportunity to eat pizza at this place, the truth is that their prices are a bit exaggerated, if you can see in the photo that it says 19.99 Dollar only cheese, how would anyone want to buy pizza only cheese?? and below it says another amount if you add pepperoni. It’s not that it’s a big deal. Those pizzas already have too much salt. The lasagna did seem good to me. The dishes served should look just as the photo shows them in order to have a good image for customers.

I work at the mall and this is our usual spot to grab lunch but the Hispanic lady who has served us lately has such a bad attitude that i literally don’t want to buy from them anymore because of the vibe she gives. Do better for the customers

New to Killeen. We got cheese and pepperoni pizza. I added garlic powder. They have shakers by the register you can add you little extras for free. We think this is one of the best pizza places in town. The slices are large and filling. The salad is good. I’m a ranch dressing snob. My husband ate it with his pizza. We have not tried the rest of the food but will eventually. We ate at the mall but discovered you can buy pizza to go which is something we plan to do in the future.

Worst customer experience we have ever experienced at any restaurant. Two days attempted to order items from this place and they could not deliver. On Sunday, I went in and asked about getting a pepperoni and sausage pizza to go. To much of an inconvenience for the staff to cook one. On Tuesday, my wife goes in and ask for a stromboli. Again, too much trouble to cook one. Really lazy staff. Never go there again.

I spent $43.29 for two whole pizzas because I liked their pizza, but this time the pizzas I ordered were different. They didn’t look fresh and obviously looked like the slices came from different pizzas. Pepperoni was used to cover in between the slices, but the crust of the slices were obviously not aligned to other slices’ crusts. That’s what 10 minutes of wait time was for. If someone wants a full pizza, it should not be from old separate slices that came from different pizzas. I would rather wait for a fresh, whole pizza. My husband and I had upset stomach and diarrhea. I took a picture of my order. Warning: look inside the pizza boxes before you leave.

It’s not that it’s bad. The mall is full of rats and roaches. No matter what these food courts try and do the mall is just riddled with rats and roaches. Do not eat at a mall if you do you are probably eating somthing you wish you were not.

Wish I could give zero stars. The pizza was good but the women at the counter was extremely rude. The entire time we were waiting on our food she was complaining about the custmers she had just served. Going on about how she didnt like people. She basically just slammed our drinks on the counter . I will not go back. Worse service ever.
