We went to Pan Pan Wok for the first time, a few minutes before closing for a take out order. They were SO Nice, and even made a Fresh batch of orange chicken for us! We will definitely be returning (hopefully at an earlier time )! The food is generously portioned, and some of the Best we have eaten in Visalia! We will also highly recommend to everyone we know! A million thanks, Pan Pan Wok!!!❤️

We ordered delivery this time, and once again, Pan Pan Wok is AMAZING! The food is Perfectly prepared, and absolutely Scrumptious, and worth every penny spent for the delivery!!! The delivery gentleman was extremely nice and polite, as well! Sorry, no photos, as we’ve already dived in!

The food was great, it looked clean, the price of the food was perfect, the staff were very welcoming and gave great portions of food. My favorites were the orange chicken and the spicy chicken, I will be back again. Recommend you guys to try~

I got dinner to go on opening day. I ordered combo B where you get fried rice, chow mein and 2 sides (I got orange chicken and beef/broccoli). The food was very delicious and the amount I was given was big. I paid around $11. Definitely going back again!

Went the same day it opened, wished they would’ve offered free drinks or something free for the first few customers. But I got the combo 3, came out to be $14.05, it came with a lot of food actually for that price. Which I can’t complain. I did love the orange chicken tho. Next time I come back it’ll be with my family. So thank you.

Customer service is not there with exception of the cashier. Noodles were mushy, rice was bland like previous review which I should had checked reviews! Tasted like brown flavorless rice, Kung pan chicken was kind of slimy. Although, I appreciate they serve you a lot sometimes it’s not good to overserve. I found a hair in my chicken I just threw my whole plate away. Environment was clean but I would not come back. I’m just glad to finally try it and will not try again lol

Excellent food! The ladies here really fill the box and give a ton of food! The guys though, give you about half as much so it’s very inconsistent. I tip well when they hook it up but can’t bring myself to pay extra for less food. Will only be ordering when the generous staff are serving.

I was really looking forward to eating here, but the service today was unacceptable. The man serving us was rude, clearly irritated, and ignored me when I said thank you twice. I will not be returning or spending my money here again.
They give a lot of food, but it’s not worth the customer service. I work for my money and I’m not going to come and give my money to be treated rudely. I’d rather go to Panda Express, pay a little bit more, and at least everybody is friendly.
