Slow to order process which took 15 minutes in line. Then wait another 15 for order.
Soda machine didn’t work but only 2 types of soda and the 8 others didn’t work properly. Just soda water came out and leaked all over your hand
It had no ice at all at noon for anyone’s drinks because the ice maker was not filled prior by anyone.
Food was not what I expected.
Even with #5 spice level it was tasteless.
The so called Korean meat was stingy in clumps.
Ordered a side of Kimchi and it was over done and very very sweet with sugar and no kimchi flavor at all.
Sorry someone need to properly train and manage this new store.
First off Employees yelling a definite turn off, food served warm, overpriced sides as the side of Kimshi is small.
If this is to give you a a proud Korean authentic food experience it doesn’t come close to & quite disappointing.
I served 5 years in Korea ate off the carts at the markets & in the streets to some of its finest restaurants from Dongduchong to Daegu In the USA from LA to NYC down to Naples, Florida.
Great manager as I spoke to David and explained & cleared things up we exchanged ideas.
Wish you luck.
