I didn’t have high expectations for the rice noodles, but this place actually surprised us. We ordered three different kinds and they were all pretty tasty. The noodles are the thin style, and the signature rice noodle was the best of the three.

The best Yunan noodles! Very convenient as it’s right next to the Outlet mall.
Food was fantastic and the service is impeccable. Would recommend anyone in the area to try.

Pig ears taste good. The noodle is too soft and salty for me. The selection is limited on the types of dishes.

I had such a fun time trying these Yunnan rice noodles! The white pepper broth was incredibly warming and had just the right kick, the perfect comfort food. The DIY platter was fresh and fun to cook with, from the meats to the quail egg and veggies. The rice noodles were chewy and satisfying. Great spot for a cozy, flavorful meal!

The portions are huge — too much for someone with a small appetite. The service is excellent, and it’s honestly the best rice noodle spot in Dublin and Pleasanton right now!

Authentic Yunnan crossing-bridge rice noodle. The soup was rich and tasty. The rice noodle was cooked just right and a bit springy. Ordering was all done through a mobile app. The service was fast and friendly. The noodle arrived in just minutes.

Went for a late lunch on a Thursday in early January. As I was walking up to another restaurant, I was feeling pulled towards Cloud Dish….and so glad I did! The place was still pretty packed around 1:30 p.m., yet I was immediately seated. Table for one please! I ordered the “Traditional Crossing Bridge Rice Noodle” soup for $19.99 and the Youtiao (Chinese fried donut). My dishes came out within a few minutes. I dumped in all the ingredients and made my way through a wonderful experience. The broth was so flavorful & delicious, and the ingredients were very fresh. Dunking the Chinese fried donut in the broth truly made it complete! I have frequented another rice noodle restaurant more than several times, and it’s called 10 Seconds in San Leandro. They’re pretty good too, but Cloud Dish seems to be a little different with less broth options. However, the ingredients are very fresh, and as mentioned, the broth is very tasty. I was so excited to stumble across this restaurant, and I hope to take my dad here!

Authentic noodle soup of Yun Nan provence. Their soup base was slowly simmered for more than 12hrs overnight, beef jerky was hand rubbed with salt then air dry for 3 months by the owner, very flavorful dishes

I like CloudDish. Their guoqiao rice noodles are good, and the broth is flavorful. On the other hand, the small pot is okay, but I don’t recommend it.
