Panino’s Pizza in Evanston has the most incredible gluten-free pizza. They close down their kitchen to make gluten-free dough to avoid any cross-contamination, which really shows how seriously they take safety. The owner’s daughter has celiac disease, so they’re especially careful and knowledgeable. Their gluten-free dough has won awards in Italy. Patty, our waitress, was so sweet, and my daughter made a new best friend while we were there. Such an amazing and trustworthy gluten-free option — highly recommend.

If you are looking for Italian food or excellent pizza this is your place! Every item on the menu here is great! The owner has won awards for his pizza for years and has been in countless contests! He is very conscience about the quality of the ingredients. The fried chicken is outstanding! Many people have told me this! The chicken wraps are KILLER!!!!…I’ve had people tell me that the calamari is exceptional! People come from out of town just to go to this restaurant! They even offer artesian Pizza! The deep dish, pan and Grandma pie pizzas are to DIE for! They even offer slices of pizza during lunch hour. They always give at least an hour for delivery time, but many times their deliveries will be as quick as 20 minutes depending what you order and the busyness of the restaurant. If you are ordering the first time from this restaurant whether you are from the area or out of town this is a solid choice! Don’t pass this restaurant up!

I just discovered this gem and I’m shocked I haven’t tried it before! The place is clean and nice, and they use fresh ingredients— even the table parmesan is freshly grated. The pizza is amazing, and the chocolate cake is decadently delicious. The waitstaff are wonderful, and the atmosphere is very family-friendly.

Gino and Lenny could not be more hospitable! Stopped in for business and they treated me like family. The pizza was deep dish but was not heavy or greasy. The gelato is home made and perfectly sweet. I would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area of any 3 locations. The rest of the staff was just as friendly and welcoming! Keep up the amazing work!!!

Stopped here for lunch, place was recommended to me by a friend. Ordered the Chicago Style pizza and it was so delicious we ate every slice ! For desert we had the home made gelato. The manager Lenny told us he makes it himself with all the best ingredients. If you want Real Italian Food this is the best place to go.

I enjoy all types of pizza and this place has them all. What brought me there was to try their New Haven style. Very few Chicagoland places try it. This one is a perfect pizza. Crisp and chewy crust. Fresh sauce and toppings. The char is what you expect from real New Haven style. Your fingers should come away with a little black and that’s what happens. Top notch.

Very nice staff. Inconvenient hours. Mediocre pizza. The pies look great. But the flavor is mediocre. This was a $36 pizza. I went to pick it up. Forno Rosso has much better hours, less expensive, and they have a better taste. I think Paninos has better quality then Pizza Hut or the other fast food places but not any of the gourmet pizzerias in the area.

This place and Patty❣️❣️ From the second we walked in (30 minutes til close on a Tuesday night), we were so welcomed and hooked!
