First, I have to say that I understand that it’s a family business and all, but this is the first time I’ve ever felt uncomfortable. The owners were truly kind, but I still felt uneasy. None of the food really stood out for me and the sweet watery barbecue didn’t help either. My kid did like the pound cake though. I took a picture of the current menu since the original ones were extremely outdated.

As two Chefs we are honestly STILL; 10 yrs later, talking about the Quality, amazing flavors and hospitality these folks provide. Now we are talking about it we will have to come back. (We even bought their sausage to serve at our own catering gig.)
Seriously across the state of Texas (and beyond) no one can compare to these guys!!

This is a small hole in the wall spot that has some good food. Potato salad is premade but still good several places use same distributor. Pinto beans were nice and tender without distracting flavors. Ribs were fall off the bone and not fatty. Sausage is unique, they make it in house with brisket so it’s lean and not greasy I really liked it. Brisket was very tender, was pulling it apart with just my fork, unfortunately it did not have any smoke flavor to it but it was still very flavorful. Sauce is lacking a little, it has a good flavor but it’s thin and doesn’t really go with the other flavors. Great price for what I received, I will definitely be back.

Bought a pound of sliced brisket for a later meal. The owner said he gave me extra and he was not happy with the quality of the meat from the supplier. Later I understood. You could make boots from the meat. Afraid this once famous restaurant is down to dealing its customers.

Restaurants come and go, There’s a reason Longorias BBQ is still standing. Tucked away on the edge of EVERMAN, FORT WORTH AND FORREST HILL, Longorias BBQ gives you that sense of Family the moment you walk through the door and breath in that true smell of BBQ with a rich Spanish history written all over the walls planted here in welcoming Texas. Owner David Longoria, is Still there bright and early preparing daily, making plates himself, and could tell you the history behind every picture, newspaper clipping and equipment in there. Give credit where it’s due and drop by and try to prove me wrong.

Hands down some of the best sliced angus beef I’ve had in my life and the sausage was a perfect balance of juice and smoke. Green beans, pintos, potato salad, and macaroni salad were also delicious. Great family owned bbq joint.

Great BBQ. French fries have their rub on it. The rub has a touch of sugar. The sausage burgers and brisket all made here. And if you just want something small, you must try their brisket CHILI. This is a great hole in the wall stop.
David Longoria is the owner of a long time family owned business past on by generations. 5 Stars+

I am really picky about my BBQ. Hands down the juiciest brisket I have ever eaten. Doesn’t need sauce. Also try the brisket sausage.

This place is special. Place is out in the middle of nowhere yet randomly has one of the best BBQ experiences available in North Texas.

The Brisket is prepared uniquely and has an incredibly rich texture and flavor, the brisket sausage is perfect, and the atmosphere is straight out of old America. I was lucky to find this place.
