This store refused to make a fresh $5 Friday pizza for me even though I asked politely, and even after informing them that one I’d bought a few weeks prior tasted funny and was not fresh. I was forced to either buy an old, pre-made one that had been sitting in the walk-in cooler for who knows how long, or walk out and find something else to have for lunch.
Everyone coming in for the $5 Friday thin crust special should know that they will NOT be buying a fresh pizza!
I sent a complaint through the corporate website a few weeks ago and…..crickets.
I’ve told everyone I know what you did. They think it was an awful thing to do.
Ridiculous that you advertise that you make fresh pizzas on the ingredient line right in customer view, and then refuse to make me one when I ask.
I hope losing a 10-year customer was worth it!

Staff is excellent and consistently prepare the Papa’s Favorite pizza with just the right amount of toppings. I use the app to order by a specific time and it’s always ready. The times that I have been a little late, they put it in the fridge for me without being asked to.

I’m no expert, but I’m fairly certain that this isn’t what a pizza is supposed to look like. Very thick pile of ingredients in the middle that I had to spread out by hand after adding additional sauce to the large area which didn’t have any.
