I’ve had Panera once before-years ago- and I decided to order takeout from this location on my lunch break. Check out my photos for what I ordered. I do wish there was more of everything in the sandwich-it felt like I was eating mainly bread. The green goddess dressing is what made the sandwich for me. I had this paired with the broccoli cheddar soup.

One of the best ran locations of Panera Bread. The staff is super friendly and generally the restaurant is very clean. Managers always have a smile on their faces and happy to help. I came in with an issue I was having with the app and I was helped right away! The Sip club membership is a game changer! I no longer go to Starbucks at all because of it! $11 a month for unlimited coffee and tea is a steal! Highly recommended

The restaurant is located in a very convenient location with plenty of parking. There are enough tables and a small fireplace inside. We usually go to Panera Bread for broccoli soup. It is quite tasty and goes well with their signature bread.

lately food from here hasn’t been as good as it has been but i blamed it on being online ordering. today was the first time i dined in since the pandemic which is why i decided to leave this review. my family and i had decided to order on the kiosk but were having issues with paying so we moved to the cash register. we asked a lady for help but she seemed really annoyed and kept interrupting my family while we were trying to speak. i wanted a pizza baguette that i have ordered online multiple times and found on the kiosk that wasn’t working. when we tried asking for this the employee said she didn’t know what we were talking about and that they didn’t make those at this panera. later when i was putting out dishes away she kept staring at me. she only stopped when i held eye contact with her. it was a weird interaction that i have never had at this panera. she may have been having a bad shift but that isn’t me or anyone else’s fault.

I placed an online order for a salad. They texted me that my order is ready. I go to pick it up, and the doors are all locked. Mind you, this is over 2 hours before closing time. I can see several employees inside. I knock on the door glass several times. There is no way they didn’t hear. I called the store phone number. They didn’t answer. Finally, a customer who had been eating at a table was leaving and opened the door. I went inside. As soon as I walked in, the woman at the counter said “sorry we’re closed.” I told her that I had an online order that was already paid for and was texted that it was ready. She gave me an annoyed look and said “well sorry but we closed early due to short staffing.” I could see 5 employees with my own eyes. Don’t know how many people you need at a sandwich shop with no table service, but that seems like enough to me. Anyway, it turned out my salad wasn’t really ready yet, but about 10 minutes later, they got it done. Was taking the salad back to work, so I checked in the bag for.utensils. there was a knife but no fork. I told the man that I saw had packed my bag, and he handed me a fork, but once again stated, “Sorry, we’re short staffed.” Sorry, but I’ve been to restaurants where there are 2 cooks and 2 servers. They do table service and get everything taken care of. It just seems ridiculous to me that they consider having 5 people working at a sandwich shop being short staffed enough to shut everything down.

We ordered 15 salads for our staff lunch ahead of time. When we got there the order was correct and the food was fresh and delicious. The staff really knocked it out of the park when they helped me get everything to my car because I had recently broken my wrist. They just jumped in and took care of our bags of food.

Absolutely pitiful experience. We got chips when that’s not what we asked for. Ordered extra bacon on my sandwich and got 2 pieces total. I just don’t think it takes nearly half an hour to make an incomplete sandwich.
