First time trying Jack’s having driven by several times. We went on Friday and it was a busy time, but we got good service as they were busy. Had to place an order inside . The menu offered good selection of burgers and chicken sandwiches. We got 2 of the bacon cheeseburger meal. Had Jack sauce on both hamburgers, and the sauce was runny. The cheeseburger was cooked fresh per order but the quality of the burger could be better. Fries were good. With just 2 meals ended up paying almost $30 with large drinks and large fries for the larger option upgrade. We will return though to try the shakes and another meal for sure. Love the small hamburger joints including Jacks

Honestly just so disappointed for me my wife and my 2 year old son we bought a meal for each of us it seemed like a nice place and it is but the food I have to say was so disappointing. For food joints like this one this might be the worst one I’ve ever tried… the food was so bad the meat was still raw after the third bite I instantly felt so sick. Been sick ever since I tried it. On top of that for the 2 of us and a kids meal it was 40$. Just disappointing and waste of money to say the least. The first and the last time I ever return.

I paid 15.99 for finger steak dinner did not get my bread only for 4 finger streaks, I spent 40 dollars here and extremely disappointed, but I was in touch with the manager in which she took care of me. I appreciate that as myself as a manger she was very respectful and understanding. Name Sam or Celeste.

Placed an order over the phone for dinner last night. I grew up going to Jack’s Drive in with the original owners. A lot has changed since the new owners took over. Prices are outrageous. My order was $50, and the burgers were not as ordered, and hardly enough sauce to even see it on the hamburgers. When I picked up my order, the gal said, I charged you for an extra milkshake. Did you want that? I said, I guess so since I paid for it. It was a lesson to just pay $50 for two or three dinners and cook at home like so normally do. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. There are other better burger places in town not far from Jack’s.

The cheese burger had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. The bun was toasted as well with a perfect crunch. Business was steady, but we didn’t have to wait long for our food. This was our first visit to Jack’s and we will be going back.

Stopped in to try this place for the first time. The finger steaks were good, but a little on the pricey side. They came with fries and a small dinner roll. All tasty and the fry sauce was on point. Kitchen was clean, staff was friendly, service and cook time was just right. It is a popular little drive in. Great local place.

I was born and raised here in Caldwell, have always loved Jacks. I have gone a total of 2 times since the new owners took over, and both times I’ve had the same disappointment of the burgers being way undercooked and pink. This second time I even asked if they could get them well done, and no different from the first visit. Still pink! Lesson learned, never again. Huge waste of $$$!
