Went here afte church on 3/26, I had the Smoky Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. The combination of Buffalo sauce and chicken is also amazing the bread had a crunch to it. The meal as a whole was great.

This was the first time I had been at this Panera location, and I was not disappointed. We had lots of out-of-town family with us and we were looking for lunch. Between the seven of us, we had soups, salads, sandwiches, drinks, and a cinnamon roll. Everything arrived quickly. Soups were hot, and the sandwiches were wonderful! We’ll certainly go back again. Everyone was happy when we left.

Well, I regret my order here and I also regret getting delivery. The broccoli florets were black where they were cut (indicating the beginning stages of rot) and the teriyaki warm bowl featured the worst trimmed chicken I’ve ever had in a meal.

Customer service is a huge aspect of an establishment. Walking into a store and having zero customer service and only a machine to order on is not very friendly. When an employee is asked for help they never want to help they just want you to order on the machine and walk away. A business should offer physical help to a paying customer if it is needed.

This was our companies first Panera catering experience. Team members said “the cookie was good, chips were not a familiar brand and just ok. There was a tiny strip of beef and the sandwich was all bread, no substance. Pickle was good. Salads were good. But instead of a bread roll and no butter with my salad, give me a cookie!” There was a nice variety of sandwich choices. One sandwich had horseradish on it. The team member didn’t approve. The catering people delivered to the car and were friendly and thankful. I liked the catering bags. Nice touch. All food was accounted for and labeled except for 2 boxes. Ok catering experience.

$21. Took 35min in the drive thru. Almost didn’t even give me my drink. Rude at the window. Did not ask what side I even wanted. The half a sandwich I received can’t even be held without just falling apart, and it’s nowhere near half the size of a sandwich. Looks like a bite was already taken out too, disgusting.
