Absolutely terrible service! I ordered for dine-in but they gave me to-go. When I asked to remake it, they just handed me a plate — and it was disgustingly dirty! My boyfriend didn’t even get a spoon properly, they just threw it on the tray!
There is basically no service — order yourself, take it yourself! There is an option with a sandwich, but nothing was said about the size of the plate, and it turned out to be much smaller than the regular one!
Definitely do not recommend! Please deal with your staff and their attitude toward guests!

Definitely the worst Panera I’ve been to. Very understaffed, bad coffee (although not as absolutely undrinkable as it used to be), and the drive-thru is a trap. Don’t do it. Even if there’s only one car in front of you. You will sit there for 20 minutes waiting for them to make two sandwiches for the car in front of you, while you only ordered a fountain drink or a drip coffee, and they won’t ask the car in front of you to pull forward and park so that they can move other people through the line. On top of that, the inside is dirty, the employees are not particularly friendly, and usually when you walk in there’s nobody at the front counter. It also usually smells bad inside. Maybe that is from homeless people hanging out in there regularly. Sometimes there’s a security guard hanging out near the front door. Overall, not a pleasant place to hang out.

My friend ordered a Mediterranean Chicken Grains salad. She requested no wheat/gluten free. After a couple bites, she could tell something wasn’t right. She took it back and asked if they were sure it was gluten free. They said they “thought so.” She asked them to check. It was not. They remade it. She received a token apology. By then she was getting a headache, half her face was numb, and she had pain in her stomach. She told the team manager it was no small mistake. It could be very serious. I asked him to give her a refund or at least a gift certificate. He quickly said he could not. It was against their policy. I had the broccoli soup, which was fine, and the atmosphere was nice, but we will not go back. I’m sorry we gave a tip when we ordered.

The best Panera! Service was friendly and the managers actually care about their customers, the food was out in under 5 minutes and was served warm and (seemingly!) fresh. If you’ve had bad Panera experiences like I have, definitely worth a second try at this location. They do not disappoint.

20 minutes in an empty drive thru, I waited at the menu board for 5 minutes just to let the know I’m here for my mobile order. Got to the window no one came up for 10 minutes, finally guy comes over and asks if i ordered at the menu screen, note same dude that was on the intercom. Finally got my food and food wasn’t really good at all.

I don’t know if management is reading these reviews but this location gives Panera a bad name. No one was in the front when we arrived. Both self-ordering kiosks were busy. People lined up. All of a sudden several employees from the back peeked around the corner and laughed and disappeared. Customers had to keep trying to get the attention from those in the back to get drink cups, bakery etc. There was one guy preparing all of the food and orders by himself. The food was good and hot, but I didn’t get my side and after have grown tired of having to continually go to the window to ask for things like our cups, I just gave up. We love this location as it’s convenient to stop at to get something to eat after a long flight but there needs to be some major changes if they want to be able to keep it open. Nothing about this experience is of Panera’s usual quality or service. Donetter.

Waited 25 minutes longer than the pickup time we were quoted for just to receive cold sandwiches with barely any fillings and a coffee that was only half full for $35+. I’m not sure what scam this place is running, but it’s nothing short of robbery. The owner should be ashamed to have their name on this joke of a restaurant.

Where are the people who work here? There was no one at the front so we ordered from touchscreen. There was no pagers but it said to enter one to get our order so I found one myself behind the register counter. Looked around saw a girl with a headset running around back but couldn’t get her attention. Went to grab cups from the food counter no one was there either. Waited around then waved someone down to get service. Went to get a table all dirty. There are maybe 4 tables with customers. I love panara but would not suggest this one. We also never got our pastry.

My sandwich was okay for being incomplete. I ordered the Bacon Turkey Bravo, and it was missing the bacon + cheese. So, overall, I’d have to say that the experience didn’t go well. I’d rather not pay full price for an item with missing ingredients. I should’ve read the reviews before visiting, but oh that’s what I get.

Other then the few little quirks I’ve had this is by far the best Panera, They are always friendly and make right any wrongs instantly! They own their own and create exceptional food!!!
Would recommend to anyone on there way out of town or just in the area!!!
