This is the spicy fiesta chicken sandwich online….and what i received in my takeout order. Tasted fine but would’ve been way better if there were fixins on the bread. OH..and the broccoli cheddar soup was runny and had hardly any broccoli (tiny crushed up pieces).

I was sick and the only thing that sounded appealing was Panera’s mac and cheese. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the mac and cheese was extremely watery and barely had any noodles—it was essentially soup. It was really disappointing, especially since this was something I was genuinely looking forward to while not feeling well. On top of that, our cookie was missing from the order.
Spending nearly $50 on a meal for two people and receiving food that feels skimped and incomplete is frustrating and unacceptable. Experiences like this seriously make me reconsider dining at Panera Bread in the future.

There is a lack of support from management and it is reflecting on the staff. You were out of quite a few of the ingredients that were necessary, It was not changed online in time for me to pick up my order. The girl at the register was very off putting and actually made me uncomfortable after informing her my order was missing add one I PAID FOR. I was Dismissed to go to the back where I didn’t really know where I was going to ask the people that were preparing the food if I could get what was missing from my order. One younger girl with brown hair was very accommodating, the other girl in the back was also dismissive and was not taking any accountability for correcting the mistake or offering me a refund for the up charge I paid. I get having bad days, but this is bad enough service to where I just felt like I was appropriate to say there is a hostility developed at least this evenings from people are not being supportive correctly. This affects your workers confidence, and makes your business come across NOT well managed.

2/3 times if you order something they won’t have the right ingredients, it was especially heinous when I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie sandwich and it had no lettuce or Cucumber so it was just onions, tomatoes, feta cheese and hummus. It didn’t ruin the sandwich but there wasn’t even a heads up when I put the order in that those ingredients were gonna be missing yet there’s no discount or anything for not having those ingredients.
The staff are also pretty anti social, even when you try and be nice to them all you get is eye rolling and silence. Everyone except for one really nice person there is like that

Food was to be expected. Workers seemed inconvenienced. Tables were not bussed. Kitchen floors were littered with trash. Staff were all in the back gossiping.
Worst part was the restroom. It is code entry only and would expect a clean restroom. Urinal was horrific (never appeared to be cleaned) and there was a good amount of standing urine on floor.
Just lazy atmosphere and lack of management. I don’t recommend this location.

I ordered from the “You Pick 2” and got the Pepperoni Mozzarella Melt – Toasted Baguette and Half Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. The sandwich is huge, I could only eat 1/3 of it and was able to finish my salad. Both of them were really good and the service is always good and the workers are always friendly.

Clean place, but they’re almost always out of every option for coffee even as early as 9am. Makes having a Sip Club membership feel like a huge scam, I’ve missed my coffee at least four times because they don’t keep up with the coffee. The staff also dodge you like you’re a literal cougar staring them down.

Picked up my $50 order including tip and only half of the order was correct and items I paid for were missing. Very disappointed since I was in a hurry and didn’t verify all my items were correct but I should at the very least have the items I paid for. Food was still good but service is sub par.

Staff friendly. $6.69 for the most plain breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. They say brioche bun but this tasted like the dry stale buns from the grocery store. They didn’t warm the bun at all either. I felt like i was eating a cardboard sandwich. No distinctive flavors in any way. And they didn’t have any hot sauce for me to try to save it. The McDonald’s sausage egg and cheese sandwich is by far superior.
$10 for sandwich and coffee. Coffee was good.
Also there were crumbs everywhere like no one had cleaned up in forever the floors were filthy and there was a food with a bunch of bread laying on the ground and on top of the table I don’t know what’s going on here this is actually at a location at the mall see you would think it would be taken care of better.

I Never eat here but was talked into eating here by a colleague. Had salad with bread. The bubbly soda from the machine tasted like mildew. I am horribly ill with food poisoning as I type this. Please Avoid!!!
