My daughter loves coming here… normally don’t have any complaints, but this is how her Mac and cheese was served tonight the bowl was filthy. Not sure how that went unnoticed.

Out of almost every item or an ingredient to make most items. They watched me struggle at the kiosk while clicking on item after item trying to find something in stock but never offered to help. They did however decide to vacuum RIGHT beside me as I was trying to convey the minimal available options on the phone to my family and to tell me more items were unavailable, so don’t order those either. The staff was too worried about doing closing duties than helping customers 45 minutes before close. The order ended up wrong and the food we did receive was sub par. The broccoli Mac and cheese was runny. The tomato soup was barely half full. Overall this was a waste of $35

Expensive but decent food, tasted fresh. Strange combos, and confusingly large menu. Would have been nice to know you can order from the tables using the app. Outside seating had a slightly better ambiance than inside, but the sun was directly in our face – umbrellas would be great. We spent $40 for 2 lunch combos plus a bear claw. I guess I was expecting prices to match the large chain/fast food kinda vibe that it has. Likely will not go back.

Panera bread never disappoints! They have good options for vegetarian and meat although vegetarian options are often very less on the menu. Pastries make up for it and so does customer service. Nice spot right off of highway. In middle of a small mall so shopping os easier with food. This location has nice indoor and outdoor seating. Wifi isn’t that great if you plan to work from here, don’t depend on their wifi strength. Enjoyed tomato soup, squash soup and Mediterranean sandwiches during this visit.

Ordered a veggie flatbread meal and the flatbread did not have enough sauce or cheese. It was really dry and the cup of soup was 3/4 given. Not good customer service. Finally ate my flatbread dipping in the soup. Would not recommend this place.

This is a really nice location. Most of the staff was great, just my cashier could probably use some more training on how to interact with customers. But the store was well kept and the location has nice outdoor seating NOT facing the parking lot so when the weather warms I will be back for sure.

Tasty, healthy food and friendly service make this a go-to place for us. This location has a nice outdoor patio. The restaurant is clean and the dirty dishes picked up. Parking is easy. We would give it five stars except we feel the price-value is getting out of hand, we had two cups of soup and two 1/2 sandwiches for $25.00, this causes us to pause.
