This is my daily morning coffee stop! I’ve saved a ton of money by getting my coffee here while I’m on the go with their Sip Club Program.
As a delivery driver, I have frequented nearly all of the Panera locations in the Portland and Salem areas, and this location is my hands down favorite. The staff is attentive, hard working, and friendly. The store ambiance is inviting and facilities are clean and well stocked. Good vibes all around.

Corporate bought by private equity (JAB) and is slowly destroying the brand like they do with every other PI purchase. I honestly feel sorry for the franchisee. Panera has always been a little more pricey, but quality was there and consistent. My recent visit was really disappointing. The food was just not what it used to be. Small portions and totally forgettable. You can tell the bread is partially cooked and frozen and “baked” at the store. Sorry. My family used to absolutely love this place. Maybe I’ll give it another try, but doubt it at the current prices.

First time I got a salad there was barely any chicken on it.
The next time, I found a piece of salad practically rotten away then a bug if I’m paying this much for a salad the least they can do it is pick through it properly.

I don’t write reviews very often, but I wanted to express my thanks to their incredible customer service. I am new to the Sip Club and had no idea what to say or how to use it. Their friendly cashier Elijah took the time to explain it all to me. Elijah also showed me how to use the self checkout kiosk for my Sip Club beverages. He then read off every single reward I had on my account. I haven’t received such awesome customer service in a long time… Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the Sip Club functions and rewards to me. Now I go every day

No drive thru at this location, so i went inside to order and had to practically convince the manager to honor a discount I got via email, which he said was for a limited time and wasn’t available anymore, even though I got the promo email that day. Staff seemed judgy which put a bad vibe throughout the restaurant. So I ended up ordering to go. Food came out relatively fast, was delicious, and made exactly to order. That being said, I’ll probably choose a different location next time.

Nice breakfast and comfortable food. Nice outdoor patio during warm summer days, and cozy fire place indoors for those chilly winter moments. A lil bit pricey for what it offers, though.

My daughter loves coming here… normally don’t have any complaints, but this is how her Mac and cheese was served tonight the bowl was filthy. Not sure how that went unnoticed.

Worth the drive! I love Panera! The bread bowl and Mac and cheese together is such a good idea! The Madagascar vanilla coffee was a good drink too! Great options for food overall! Good environment as well:)
