First time we came here it was great but the next time we came here on my girlfriends birthday the guy at the window was clueless as to how to add a birthday pastry and immediately needed to go get the manager, then after all that we still got charged for what was supposed to be a free cinnamon roll, then tonight we get two roasted turkey BLTs but I guess even that was too hard for the staff here as they completely forgot the bacon.

Mercedes was our cashier and she was amazing. I don’t come to Panera very often and she was very patient with me explaining all of the options on the menu. She had a great smile and made the experience fun. I was having a bad day and she made me laugh and change things around. Thank you Mercedes!

No stars for service or atmosphere. I paid $8.39 for a bowl of soup with 5 croutons and it was the amount of a cup. I asked for more and showed them and they said that’s the right amount.

I’ve already had a negative experience at this location back in October in which I called customer service and they resolved. However, upon this visit everything was great up until I tried my salad. I ordered a pick 2 with a chicken Caesar salad and Mac and cheese. When I began eating my salad I noticed the taste was off. It wasn’t tasting how it normally does and was rather bad. I began picking around my salad and then realized that half of the leaves were black, indicating that I was served rotten lettuce. That explained the bad taste. Once again I am rather disappointed and don’t pay that kind of money to receive a salad that I can’t even eat. I don’t complain in restaurant because I don’t know if people are new and don’t know any better.

I’m not going to leave a bad star rating because i’ve been to this location many times and it’s been good but this time it was not. I ordered a strawberry lemon mint charged lemonade and it tastes super strong and i might not even drink it at this point because it’s that gross. I order these a lot and know what it’s supposed to taste like and this is not it. Then I open up my sandwich and it looks like this! My food came out super fast and I don’t know if there’s new people or what but I would rather wait a couple minutes longer than have my sandwich and drink messed up like this.

The food and service was okay. I was quickly reminded of why I haven’t gone back to Panera in a couple of years when I paid $75 for 3 meals + pastry, 1 bowl of mac and cheese and 2 sodas.

Was with my family and spent quite a bit of money. Our cashier was super sweet and friendly. We ordered 2 full sandwiches, 2 large soups,1 cup and 1 bowl. Everyone else’s soups and Mac and cheese were nice and hot. Mine was ice cold. Took it back and after ignoring me for a minute, was told they couldn’t take it back and I could warm it up myself. I did not come here to warm up my own food. She didn’t even offer me a fresh bowl or anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

My daughter and I have gone to this place @ least once every other week for the past 3 months, and everytime we go in, no matter what time it is before 8 am, they never have enough souffles, except one. They are always @ compacity with the spinach one, but never the ones that are most popular or kid friendly. When asking the manager why, he just said there will be another batch ready in an hour because that is the schedule. As a manger, I would think they would know what is important to the customers and what sells with that being the business you are in. We will be finding another place to visit, because it is disappointing everytime you go somewhere and expect what you are carving and it not being available.
