This store needs better management. They are unprofessional, they lack proper communication skills needed for customer service and food service, they lack respect for their employees. They don’t inform employees about scheduling changes and they are petty when it comes to scheduling emplpyees who live near. Do better panera. 1/10 work environment.

I went through the drive-thur yesterday. I was coming back from Fresno. I wish I had stop at my favorite Panera in Fresno, but I went to the one in Merced. They didn’t ask me for my phone number so I could get points. My mistake was I didn’t get my receipt, so I couldn’t log in to get my points. Then I get home and they left out the pastry I ordered. This is an ongoing problem for this store. I have left several other reviews similar to this, but there is no change. This store needs new management.

Came in for a quick bite and to charge my phone, very relaxing environment. Got a You-Pick-2 with soup and salad and staff was very nice and helpful. Got my food very quickly, less than 5 minutes. I asked for some extra dressing and utensils and they were very accommodating.

I got a strawberry poppyseed with chicken salad, and NOT ONE PIECE OF CHICKEN in the salad. Since I brought it home, I didnt find out until later in the day and too inconvenient to go back. Not good Panera.
