I had the half of a sandwich w/soup and the broccoli cheese soup was great! The sandwich a Philly cheese steak a very good I’ll definitely return to try some of all the salads & desserts too that they have.

It was a colleagues birthday so we ordered Panera bread as it’s one of her favourite places to eat from.
I ordered my self a Mediterranean Sandwich which was pretty good, it was a bit sweet( I think the some kind of sauce or dressing), but i really liked it.
I also had the veg soup and Mac and cheese, the Mac and cheese was ok but the soup was delicious. My colleagues ordered salads and chicken sandwich which they said was pretty good. I’m giving 4 stars because I dint like the lemonade, it kinda tasted weird to me. (May be my taste buds are weird ) But other than that everything was great, great service friendly staff, we got our order pretty quick as we had placed it online.

The bread was so stale and stiff when I bit it it tore the roof of my mouth. Not to mention the restrooms were disgusting. Someone didn’t flush, no toilet paper and no seat covers. So cramped. Not to mention customers just stare at practical everyone.

Love the teas! We enjoyed getting bagels and teas. The food is good but a bit pricey for what you get. Green tea is delicious, and my favorite is the black tea.

With their great “3 months free and then only $8.99 a month” unlimited daily (iced) coffee plan, they got me through the hottest-ever summer when my car AC was broken. They even added extra perks. Thanks so much, Serenity!

Awful customer service from “manager” Sam. I was given a soup in a bag that popped open inside and spilled. It got on all the contents inside and outside the bag onto their counter. I brought it to their attention and was told “oh we didn’t realize it” then proceeded to hand me another cup. No new bag. No new side. No napkins. Most importantly NO APOLOGY!! When I asked for replacements she smirked & chuckled as if I was an inconvenience to her. Customer service is a huge letdown at this location. Plus, the restaurant is somehow always dirty, as many others have mentioned.

Went in there, was waiting in line. No one else was in line. I heard the workers complaining saying “ughhhh another customer?” And another said “you get it” and the other said “hell no you get it” and another said “be nice just go get it” and then one of them came out of the back, no smile, no “hey how are you what can I get you?” She just said “hi what do you need”

Dining room was full of dirty tables after 1pm (5-9-24)
I called since i was in a hurry. Phone rang for 2.5 minutes no answer. I went in. Place was half full. Sometimes my overpriced sandwich comes with a pickle wedge. Today it did not. I expect better from an overpriced franchise.

Took my daughter’s here for lunch. We ordered two bread bowls with broccoli mac n cheese. Then a roasted turkey blt. All with fruit cups as a side. They had our food ready to go within 5 minutes. The employees were nice. The food was delicious and I got a free pastry for joining the rewards club. The food is reasonably priced. Parking was ample.
