Went there to order a few things, service was so nice everyone was very friendly. Unfortunately there was an error with my items and I called and they offered a refund or remake. I went for the remake and unfortunately there was two hairs in my remake. I called again the next day and they offered another remake and was very apologetic. Staff did everything and more to make me feel heard and understood. Truly a great establishment with great workers just a few mistakes here and there as to be expected we are all humans.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, French onion soup, Mac and broc soup and a plain Cesar salad. What a disappointment. The French onion soup had no cheeses or croutons and Luke warm. The Cesar salad was a handful of rotten lettuce. My sandwich was neither warm or spicy. It was 2 pieces of bread with a chicken patty between them. The Mac and cheese was colds. For 65.00 dollars this is the worst meal I have ever has from Panera.

I don’t think I’d been to a Panerai before. We stopped in while charging our car next door at the Electrify America charging station. The weather was pretty chilly and rainy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and smelled wonderful! My picky step-kiddo liked the mango smoothy, and my partner & I indulged in cookies and hot coffee.
