Such a lovely time at this cute diner! Staff is very friendly and the food was tasty. Hospitality was 10/10. It’s a family friendly place. The prices are amazing! $5.99 for a platter of a burger/sandwich, fries and coleslaw! I would highly recommend to come here if you’re traveling or if you are a local.

I grew up going to Big Boy in Michigan. Ohio still has many series across the state and across the state lines in a couple adjacent states. I stop at one just inside Indiana, Richmond actually.
They are great. Friendly staff, great food. Of course I get the Big Boy, I do have to request substitute Thousand Island for the tarter sauce they use in Ohio.

Such a lovely waitress! She was friendly, kind, attentive and went above and beyond. Great service, excellent food! First time ever being to a big boy and I was pleasantly surprised when it wasn’t like a fast food at all! Really loved the old 2000s sit down dinner feel to it. Honorable mentions of the arcade games available to play with a CREDIT card! Lot of fun and interactive. Great place for all ages!

Not how I remember as a child!! Love Frisch’s and brings back so many memories of younger days however the onion rings has changed the batter (too thick) and the coleslaw I always enjoyed has definitely changed for the worse!! The staff is amazing and try so hard but just cant enjoy the food as I once did) The price isn’t worth the just ok food!

This restaurant is clean and service is friendly. Salad bar was excellent and Friday seafood buffet was offered tonight. The shrimp, both fried and scampi, were also excellent. Baked whitefish was also very good.

This is the cleanest and most well ran location I’ve been to. Salad bar was so clean and fresh and our food was served hot and correct. Dining area was clean and comfortable. The staff really stands out here because they all worked together and were attentive to all customers, not just their own. Best service!!!

My friend Ally and myself decided to try big boy for the first time, and let me tell you it was a great idea. Walking in the door I could already see a young man waiting on us to enter to seat us, he greeted us with a smile and a great positive attitude and that just started off everything the best way it could have been. His name was Trevor, I have been in the restaurant industry the majority of my life. To watch the way that Trevor was able to bounce from one table to the next and articulate himself in different ways depending on who he was speaking with was amazing. My friend Ally had made a comment that I think sums up everything perfectly she said “I have never seen a server so happy to be a server”! The food was brought out quickly and was hot also tasted just the way I had imagined. Overall great experience and the way that Trevor made it feel like we had been friends our whole lives was something special and I’ll always remember that… Even the way Trevor and the other female server interacted with each other was a sight to see you can tell that there was a bond between them and it literally made us feel like we were all just one big family!!

Our server Bobbi Jo was FANTASTIC. She made the entire experience out of this world! It was the first time we had ever met, but we all just felt like immediate family. My oldest daughter had an “Aunt Bobbi Jo” that had passed in 2015, and she kept saying, “She reminds me of Aunt Bob-Bob, I bet she
