Great food tonight. We had tomato soup, grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, Asian sesame salad with chicken, mango yuzu citrus charged lemonade, and passion papaya iced green tea. Employees were super friendly and food came out pretty quick. The soup and Mac n cheese came out hot, though the grilled cheese wasn’t really all the way melted. Besides that, it was all really flavorful. I do wish the 10 vegetable soup was vegetarian. Would eat here again though.

The bathrooms had pee on top of the toilets, the first two stalls were build up with toilet paper, there was no soap in the dispensary and no paper towels. When I went to place an order, the cashier girl had the most nasty unprofessional attitude. She had no intentions of helping me, she kept cutting meat and just stared me down and didn’t say a word to me. Please Panera, hire people who have good customer service skills and the right attitude to go along with it. Poor customer service.

They’ve gotten my order wrong far too many times, but they’re convenient enough on my morning commute, so I still go here periodically. Ordering online in advance helps save time, but their buggy/lagging website almost makes it not worth it.

The place is well laid out. Usually pretty clean. The staff has been helpful in the past. However, this last visit my order was forgotten and I was left sitting for an extended period of time. Though, once brought to their attention, my order was soon delivered.

I got the you pick two chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Pretty fresh and decent meal. Would recommend. The food is good but its still overpriced. The only complaint is that the dining room was pretty full on a Saturday but there isn’t really anything that can be done about that.

This is one of the better Panera’s locations I’ve visited. I usually get the chipotle chicken avocado melt. The service is great and the atmosphere isn’t too bad, though the music can be a bit loud. The bonus is the amount of baked goods wow!! I recommend the bear claw!
