I was looking for a place close to the Chinese buffet and I wanted to find a place that wasn’t a Starbucks. Came to this place. It was fantastic. The manager was a super cool dude. We had to wait for a slight clean up from a previous client so the manager gave us some cookies and the coffee was on the house. The atmosphere was great, the music was good and everyone was having a good time. Pretty nice place to spend an evening with friends. Will be back tomorrow!

If you order pickup, make sure to check your order before you leave. They always make mistakes. Whoever is training them or supervising them is doing a horrible job. If you call to complain about getting the incorrect order, they make fun of you. I’m sorry but if I paid for a product, I expect to get it! ♀️

Customer service was horrible. When I request a cash refund of $5 instead of going back to my account the Team Manager Alvaro was rude and kept pushing for it to go back into my card that doesn’t allow deposits. Then I went to tell them my order was wrong, that I request chips instead of bread, the blond lady working in the kitchen takes the bread from me then throws the chip bag in the counter. But what is expected if even the “Team Manger” was rude. On the other hand the food was okay.

The staff taking orders were great, very helpful. The cooks on the other hand were extremely rude and slow. They don’t know how to make a simple grilled cheese, crazy. The tables were all dirty and I had to find someone to clean one. Even though the other tables were dirty, they only cleaned the one. Igo to the one in Banning and Palm Desert. The Palm Desert location is the best all around
