I don’t understand how a brand like meet fresh can be so poorly managed. Each time I visit, the tables are filthy, sticky and not cleaned regularly. We sat here for 40 min and not one staff member left the prep area to attend the tables. Despite this, it still takes 20+ minutes for your order to be ready and it’s not even busy. And no, it’s not my job to notify staff if it’s dirty. Hire more help.

I came here twice this month, and I ordered mini taro balls, but I didn’t add them both times. The first time was red bean soup, and the second time was Taro A combo. I know they are busy and the taste is delicious, but twice this situation makes me feel bad.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – if you like taro, you must try Double Taro Signature! It is is grass jelly shaved ice with grass jelly, taro balls, a scoop of taro paste, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The grass jelly and the shaved ice is one of their signatures so it’s always great without being too sweet. The taro balls have a great texture where it’s chewy or QQ. The taro paste has such an intense flavor without the texture being too mushy.

My first time stopping by to get chef Yon Jao Special dessert to donate for WDC by the end of April 2023. It was very tasty, all my friends love them. The staff are kind and helpful. The digital touch screen for ordering is convenient , tho searching can be improved a bit better. Good price, good atmosphere. Hopefully they will add something delicious like chef Jon Jao Special on their menu for smaller size snacks in the future.

There was a line to get in and it was a struggle to find a free table but the food was pretty good

Huge portions that match the pricing. There are like 50 different menu items. All of which taste good, but not sure if it’s quite amazing. A single order is definitely large enough to share. You can’t seem to order at the counter, but only at the electronic kiosk or online

My overall experience was good. They have two kiosks by the front door for people to order and they are very convenience. Their desserts are very good and have a lot of varieties. I do not give them 5 stars because they did not keep the restroom clean.

For such a high volume place, they could use an extra digital kiosk. Even then the orders get out pretty quickly. Honestly the best place to be on a hot summer’s day. Would be nice to see them clean the tables though, I guess it’s difficult when people are waiting to sit left and right. I love Chinese desserts and I do enjoy coming here.

This sweet soup I ate was quite delicious. In particular, my favorite is Pudding Caramel because it is quite delicious to my taste! I find the dew here a bit bitter, not to my own taste, how about you guys?? The space is spacious but the restaurant is quite crowded. This sweet soup is best for summer refreshment!

Love their Taiwanese desserts! Everyone was friendly and drinks and food was amazing. They do have limited stock at the store I went too, but it wasn’t too bad, just no winter melon. As with most boba places I would recommend getting your teas 1/2 sweetened.I went twice and there was a pretty long wait to get your food, but it was reasonable seeing as how busy they were. Overall would recommend!
