I just picked up my order at the Pacific Highlands location in San Diego and it is NOT CORRECT. I ordered extra turkey, tomatoes, and greens. However, the sandwich did not have extra turkey. It was loaded with extra tomatoes and greens, that is all (see attached pictures). It seems that they tried to fill the sandwich up with everything except turkey. I have ordered this sandwich several times in the past and what I received today was not consistent with prior orders. I tried several times to call the number listed, but nobody answered, and I am not returning to the store to correct an error that was not my fault. Why does the phone message offer to allow me to speak to someone at the counter when nobody is answering the phone!!! You cannot contact them by email either. The emails I sent just bounce back. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR BAD SERVICE OR INCORRECT ORDERS!!! I expect a refund for this sandwich order. I WOULD APPRECIATE IF THE STORE COULD RECTIFY THIS IMMEDIATELY. I ordered for pick up and called beforehand. One employee told me I could come earlier than my pick up time to get my catering order. But when I arrived, the employee Yolanda was very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She was immediately snappy with me and getting angry that I was there early for my pick up. She kept asking me who I spoke to and what number I called, then proceeded to cut me off every time I spoke. Her tone was not one that should be used in customer service. Do better.

This panera bread has mind-numbingly terrible customer service for a company that prides itself in being wholesome. they gave me an order of only lettuce, onions, and some tomatoes when I ordered a nearly $14 salad called the “apple crisp chicken salad”. when we went back they didn’t really own up to the mistake and had us go to the pickup area and scooped the chicken and apples back on

The worst customer served, after being left on the phone. Walked to the front and Xavier was just standing around goofing off. No apologies.. even talked back saying “We literally just had customers! This Panera needs serious training. He had horrible customer service. I wouldn’t trust this restaurant.

The food was relatively expensive but didn’t seem worth the value. The portions didn’t seem very big; I ordered a bowl of soup and it looked like the bowl was a third full. The ambiance was frenetic.
