Dis-A-Pointment: Prices are way too high for what they’re given. On my sandwich they gave a “lil meat” with my bread. When I say a lil, I mean “where’s the beef?” … I ordered two identical meals but got one with a chip and one with a baguette. No Bueno. Anyway – that was followed by two soups, no spoon. Do better please.

I have to agree with the other reviews. We ordered at the kiosk and found they were out of many items such as bread and chips for the sides and tomatoes for the pizza. We ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and a half sandwhich with a side of soup. When we picked up our food, there was less than half of 1 strawberry in my Strawberry Poppyseed Salad and they were out of the soup we ordered (we were offered an alternative). I asked for more strawberries and was told “We’re out.” I was disappointed because I felt we paid for meals that weren’t what we wanted – I would have preferred they made them unavailable to order on the menu. The food we did receive tasted good and the staff was friendly.

Make sure to check your order BEFORE leaving if you order take out! One of the items we had ordered was an asian sesame chicken salad with added edamane, and when I opened my order at home, it just looked like a sad salad. There was NO chicken in my salad, nor were there ANY edamame added in. Take a look at the photo below. We paid EXTRA for the edamame, too, and $13.38 for a salad made incorrectly like this is ridiculous.

I order 2+hrs in advance for luncheons all the time, I travel often and Panera is a staple in my routine for these luncheons. I always order $100+ orders and this time I placed my order 3 hours in advance. When I arrived not only did they lie about not receiving my order (I pointed to it on their screen) but they hadn’t even started my order. This is the SECOND time this location has missed the pickup time by over 30+ mins. I’ve only ordered from this specific location twice and both times they missed my large order, both times I was 30+ mins. Late to my luncheon. No other Panera is this poorly managed. Will find a new chain to use that is more reliable.

Gave as half sandwich instead of whole. I spoke to the manager and very apologetic and told me I can come in and get a whole sandwich for free anytime, and let me know he added me to a list (got my name and phone). Went in a few days later, nobody knows about the list but they still gave me my whole sandwich. But coming back home, and they gave me the wrong sandwich.

Really disappointed in lunch this afternoon. When you spend $32 on a meal for 2 people (soup and a half sandwich each) at a place like this, you expect better quality. The soup was lukewarm at best and the classic grilled cheese is not grilled at all. It is really a toasted cheese sandwich that only got toasted on one side. People, if it’s not grilled, don’t call it grilled! My husband took it back to the prep area and asked them to fix it, so they remade it but the second sandwich was only a little better than the first. Will definitely think more than twice before going there again.

I really enjoyed my dining experience here. April was such a sweet heart when ordering my meal and Anton the manager came by to touch my table and see if i needed anything additional. The both were warm and happy .The food was great and it seems to be a great environment for all .
