Similar to other reviews I now see on here, the portion of our teriyaki and broccoli bowl was pathetic. The bowl was half filled and I thought surely there was a mistake since this was the most expensive item we had ordered ($15) I asked the girl at the counter about it, she said she would ask her manager, but no manager ever came out. The girl just said that was it. I asked if we could return it and order something else and she just said no. Horrible customer service. I’ve never particularly liked Panera, but we had received a couple gift cards so decided to give it another shot. Won’t be doing that again!

The food was roughly made, not anywhere close to how it displays on the picture. The 10- veg soup is salty and tastes not freshly at all. It cost me over 20 bucks just to get an small sandwich and half filled bowl of soup.

I ordered a Whole (Full size) Caesar Salad, when the called my name to pick it up it looked a bit skimpy, like maybe they forgot to add enough lettuce. I mentioned to the staff that I had ordered the “Whole” Caesar Salad and it looked maybe like a half size, didn’t even fill out the bowl. The guy said it was correct, as he “weighed” it, followed by a facial expression that was like “that’s it, sorry dude”.

Stopped by for quick lunch over the weekend. Great location and healthy food options. Ordering food through kiosk did take few minutes longer than expected as machine failed to communicate with the server couple times.

I was just given such a filthy look and then called a “B***h” as I walked out of this Panera as the lady said “she didn’t tip”. I walked in to get a cafe latte? I always tip generously or tip what I need to if I order a large meal or any food. Sad, things are getting vicious out here. Way too harsh. I apologize I shouldn’t have bought a coffee honestly if I wasn’t able to tip. It won’t happen again

I bet you these employees applied everywhere but only received a call-back from Panera. Like, seriously, they hate the customers but hate themselves more. I’ve never been in a store where literally everyone is rude. You say “hi” and they just stare at you, you say “thank you” and they just stare at you. And they automatically assume you’re stealing if you’re a person of color!

Went to Panera today 1/7/23 I gave them 2 stars in Service because they got our order wrong, had wait 10 minutes for them to refill coffee because coffee pot was empty, and when we got our food it was cold because the electronic devices they were giving out were not working and by the time I inquired about the order it was cold. They could have told us they were having issues with the devices and some attention to detail could have made for a better experience. However, employees did not seem to care.
