The positive is the food is good. Unfortunately, the restaurant is filthy. There was a dirty rag left at the drink station, a lot of dirty dishes just sitting by the trash receptical, there is trash all over the carpet, and a trail of spilled coffee from the coffee station to the kitchen area behind the cashier counter. I had to complain to a manager after sitting at least 30 minutes in this filthy place. This was even after I had already told a female cashier and all she did was giggle after I mentioned about the trail of spilled coffee. I was concerned because someone could slip and fall. I was just dumbfounded by the lack of empathy from the employee. That same cashier and the manager were just socializing and laughing before I complained to the manager. This was in a relatively slow Sunday at 5:30PM on April 30, 2023. I do like Panera Bread and will probably come back. I just hope the condition of the restaurant is much better. I have to say the employees preparing the hot food did a great job and did their best to accommodate the customers. It is because of this and the fact the food is good that is preventing me from giving this place a one star. By the way there was still trash all over the floor after being here for an hour when I finally saw someone clean this up. This is so sad.

There was a line to get your food. The service was okay. The food was very good. The place need to be clean tables and chairs. The neighborhood is good. There is enough parking place there. The place is very expensive. Not too hard to find.

The food great but when I was ordering I felt like I was in a uncomfortable situation when one of the leads blonde girl with glasses was scolding a employee at the register and felt like it was very unprofessional and unnecessary to do it In front of Customers I felt bad for the employee because you noticed he was embarrassed being scolded while he was assisting a customer. As a lead you should be more professional and have a private discussion with the employee if necessary and make the work place safe and comfortable. I’m not one to leave a review but my heart broke for the employe he was probably new and learning and me as human being would never allow someone to be talked to like that.

This location is amazing I really appreciate that the team preparing orders was accommodating when I was expecting a spacific item when I placed my order at the kiosk and received the wrong item ? Thinking it was the back of house but discovered it was my mistake they offered to fulfill my request?? A big Thank you to them Mgmt team for being accommodating

Hospitality not the same. No one greets you anymore. Food is good. Tablets aren’t updated with bakery items we clearly see here. Bathrooms are horrendous and overall seating is messy. Don’t dine in. This is why I rather eat at home now most of the time.
