Ordered the pepperoni mozzarella melt and it was decent but mostly just bread…. But for $14.19 I would have expected more ingredients. They used the bread a mask for volume and value but you get very little sauce meat and cheese.

Ordered an Avocado, egg white, spinach and egg on sprouted grain bagel flat and it looked very disappointing. It just looked sad especially the little pieces of cheese and the two slices of avocado, and i say two slices because you can tell they just spread them over the bagel to make it look like a lot of avocado. If you’re going to put the ingredient on the name of the item then you have to deliver on the name. If you’re going to put huge posters and signs by the register advertising that sandwich then at least make it good. Anyway, it didn’t help that they took forever to make on a Sat Morning.

Very dirty, whom ever the manager is, definitely not doing a good job of properly training. This is a restaurant you’d think there would be cleaning standards in place. I paid for my food and proceeded to throw it in the thrash as soon as I saw the kitchen area, I’m sure with a mess like this no one in this place washes their hands prior to food handling. Management needs to step it up.

Ordered a sandwich from this Panera and it came with a long black hair inside tangled in a piece of turkey breast. My hair is short and purple so I know it wasn’t mine. Please make sure your employees tie their hair properly.
