The most authentic Mexican food I’ve tasted since moving here from Arizona!!! I went to Nogales on the weekends to get out of Phoenix! This place has the most amazing fresh Mexican food ever! It’s a byob so that’s even better! It’s not fancy the tables are authentic Mexican style the family run business is a must try!! The Birria is to die for!

This was my first visit, and I have to say the food was excellent. I ordered the Birria tacos with chips and guacamole for lunch. The only thing I adjusted to suit my taste was adding a bit more lime and salt to the guac. Other than that, everything was perfect — the food, the service, and the atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. Although it’s a bit on the pricier side, I’d love to see an option for a smaller portion of soup or guac for one person. Overall, I’m happy with what’s on the menu.

I will start off by saying this place looks absolutely adorable. I love the tables and artwork! The woman who was working behind the counter seemed not to sure what things came with what dish and what was in each dish as well. I was shocked with how much everything came to. Everything pictured for below was about $50+ and that was for me and two sides for my mother. Prices are way too high. Was wasn’t bad but not very well put together. I was disappointed with the Maduros as they are my favorite to try at any Spanish restaurant. The place looks like a sit down restaurant but isn’t. You order your food up front and then the person behind the counter “serves” you. It was odd. My first visit wasn’t the best but I always try a place twice before deciding if I’ll be going back or not. I’ll update this after my second visit.

Authentic, affordable, and delicious food! Not to mention, the restaurant itself was clean and was decorated well—with great service. I got 4 birria tacos for $10 (taco Tuesday) and they regularly cost only $12.50! Run, don’t walk to this amazing restaurant!!

Stopped in for lunch. Given that we were at La Casa Del Taco, we chose tacos. And they were sooo good! Our standout favorite was the chorizo tacos–the flavor was amazing. Birria tacos were also great. Portions were generous; prices were reasonable. We’ll be back!

First time here and I tried the chicken enchiladas with a mole sauce. Very generous serving of enchiladas, rice and beans. I found the food to be well prepared, but lacked flavor. Service was fine and the atmosphere is festive and colorful. I’ll be back to try the tacos!

Food was absolutely delicious in this tucked away little gem we found. It was prepared quickly, presented well on the plate, was fresh and really tasty. Chips and salsa on the table would be a nice addition in the future.

This place is very cute and I really wanted to like it. The food is a bit bland but pretty good. However each time I’ve ordered take-out the food has taken significantly longer to prepare than estimated, leaving me sitting there waiting for 30+ minutes. When I asked if there is an estimate on the remaining wait time, I was rudely told “I don’t know” by the women at the counter who then just went in the back. It shouldn’t take 1hr+ for an order of enchiladas and a burrito. Unfortunately we won’t be back.

Food wasn’t bad the first couple times we ate there. Took longer than the time quoted both times. The third and final time on November 7th took 40 minutes past the estimated time. Female staff member was incredibly rude when asked about when the order would be ready. There are better Mexican restaurants to eat at in the area, save your money and time.
