Im pretty disappointed to be honest. I ordered a bowl of soup not a cup, and was still charged for a bowl, not only that but it wasn’t even filled all the way! AND it was cold by the time I got home! which literally only a 6 or 7 min drive from the restaurant! Also I ordered a flat bread and that was cold as well!. We spent close to $70 on our dinner and should really only have been $30 something with the way everything was done. Its a shame too because everything here is normally a 5 star rating when my family. This time I unfortunately had to give the food a 2.

Yes, I’m reviewing Panera bread! I have been up and down with this chain over the years. I still miss my BBQ Chopped Chicken salad, LOL. Overall, this location has the service, cleanliness, and food down! Everything was very good and I actually went a couple times while I was in town. Keep it up Panera!

This Panera location is complete trash. My first visit was dine-in on 01/02/23. Order was incorrect but they fixed it with no questions asked. Second visit was a take-out order on 04/10/23 for a Green Goddess Cobb Salad with Chicken. Look at this absolutely pathetic salad I was charged $13.29 for. Zero chicken, zero bacon, and wilted greens. I will never return to this location.

We got here 15 minutes before closing, which I never like to do but we were on our way home from Tahoe. We ordered quickly on the self-order tablets. It was $73 for 2 adults and 2 kids, plus a baby who was sharing my food. We found a table to sit down at. Waited and waited. 20 minutes later someone came and told us they were out of several things in our order. We said that was fine and made adjustments. 5 minutes after that the manager came over and said they were closed and they would wrap our stuff and we’d have to leave. She didn’t ask if that was ok, she wasn’t pleasant, she just told us what was happening. This was 25 minutes after we had ordered. And we had a 7 month old baby with us. We finally got our food 10 minutes later and sat outside and ate. The food wasn’t good at all. Maybe this was because it was the end of the day, but the sandwiches had practically nothing on them, the Mac n cheese was soggy and cold, it was a terrible experience all around, especially for $73. Insane prices for bad service and terrible food. We won’t be back.

Never once has my order been correct. Whether that’s missing food, the wrong items, or my favorite a mystery soup that had bits from different soups that taste like it was scooped out of the bottom sink. For the price it’s just not worth it.

I have visited this location about 6 times in as many months. Some days, the food is good and makes the visit worth it. Other days, especially the last few visits over the last month make me wonder why. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru line today. I felt trapped and would have left if I could have. Then I take my soup and salad out of the bag to realize they gave me the wrong items. My receipt was correct, nearly $22 for a small soup and half salad (very little salad provided), but the salad was the wrong one and conflicted with my dietary restrictions. Ugh.

I had a chicken buffalo sub and the picture I looked at was full of meat and sauce. My other family members ordered and we went and sat down waited about 15-20 minutes. I took two bites of my sub and realized I was eating bread not meat or sauce. I open the sub and there is hardly any meat there’s no sauce. My mom got the manger and he gave us a full refund. The broccoli cheddar soup was delicious. The lady at the counter said “trust me it’s worth the hundred dollars. You will love it!” Yeah didn’t love it lady got some bread OH and some onions. “My dog couldn’t even eat the chicken on the sub she spit it out.” I posted the picture of the “sub” I got.

$45! The prices on the drive thru screen are for each HALF of a meal. The kids sandwich was 1 piece of cheese, 1 slice of Turkey and zero condiments. Half of a sandwich was over $8. We used to visit Panera all the time and were excited one opened in Carson. Unfortunately for the prices we probably won’t ever return.

Ordered French onion soup & steak n white cheddar sandwich. Waited 1/2 hr. And when called up to get our food the sandwich done but said the soup cold and wasn’t available so what other soup did we want (got our money back). The lack of communication between even the staff let alone the customers was enough to never go back. The sandwich may had enough enough of the fixings to make a 1/4 of one. The bread was good but not for that price. A true let down.
