I spent $35 for 2 people for lunch and what we got wasn’t worth the money. What upset me the most is the staff was short and curt when picking up our food as if we were bothering them. Second time I visited and I doubt I’ll be back. Many more money worth restaurants around there with pleasant staff to visit.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I don’t know how this place is even still in business. Wildly expensive and not even good. Got a container of soup today which cost almost $30 but was told it was 4 servings. Well it’s hardly 2 servings and tastes worse than canned soup. Mostly carrots and broth, chicken is gross and next to no noodles. I’ve been disappointed by this place for the last time I’m so mad I spent almost $30 on glorified campbells soup.

Horrible experience ordering a delivery as a gift for grieving widow. The grub hub driver said he left order by the door, after there was a mix up on the name to be delivered. Apparently he couldn’t call because they had a wrong number and speaking English wasn’t his specialty. He lied and took the food. Wow. We called Panera store and they pushed us off on grub hub, great business. We tried calling grub hub, yeah you guessed it away to India we went. Epic fail. Panera lost this order and our business. Would not suggest this Panera.

Great food, fantastic service. The tea is always freshly made, the bread is made daily and donated to charities at the end of the day. The manager is very supportive of his team, they work together well and are always so nice. BEST PANERA LOCATION by far.

Once a week I get a cappuccino at Panera Bread. Colleen, my server, is polite, positive, and professional. When it gets busy, the manager demonstrates superior leadership by personally assisting the workers. In a time when customer service is often poor, it is refreshing to see a team that actually cares about their patrons.
