The “warm bowl” is a complete waste of money. For $14. You get maybe 1/4 of rice 3 pieces of broccoli maybe 3 oz of chicken. The manager was worthless. An absolute rip off will never spend another nickel at this place.

This is my first visit to this brand new location & will be my last. We had to wait to order, due to the inexperienced person taking orders. When we were finally able to order, is when I found our that they had sold out of Cheddar Broccoli soup. Thus location is only offering 3 flavors to begin with. So I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich & Ceasar salad for my pick 2. I wanted to make it a full salad, but the kid said that he couldn’t do that. My husband ordered the Spicy Take sandwich & BBQ Chicken Salad. When our food was ready, we were both disappointed! For what we just spent, we both expected decent portions. My husband’s salad was at least half full, where I barely had any. I also started finding seriously wilted lettuce in the bowl. My husband’s sandwich was ice cold. The manager did remake his sandwich. On top of all that, the dining room & restrooms are a mess. Most of the tabletops are dirty & the trash was overflowing in the Women’s restroom.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I will be reporting them to the health department. Not only did they not come close to my order, but there were clearly uncooked scrambled eggs on my bagel. It took nearly 30 mins to get. What were you guys doing if not cooking eggs?

I went around 12:45 in the afternoon and was expecting to have to wait a little bit. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for over well over 30 minutes. I was even more disappointed with the my food. I ordered the pick 2 with soup (which was ok) and the smokehouse bbq sandwich. The sandwich was missing almost all the ingredients. It had barely any chicken on it, like a dab of bbq sauce, no cheese, and no onion. Definitely not worth the money I spent.

Pecan roll was dry and little flavor. Employees to busy chatting in kitchen to pay attention to customers. Atmosphere was sterile. Layout made it difficult to find self service pickup after buzzer went off. The place was empty of customers.

There was no one to take my order, so I used the kiosk, which wouldn’t accept my discount code, nor anyone to give cash to. There was no one up front to give me the almost $4 drink I ordered. On top of that, the order was made incorrect. I used to manage at a Panera location, and there’s a huge lack of employee-customer involvement at this store. Even at other locations in Colorado Springs, there is a lot of interaction. The entire staff was in the kitchen laughing and talking the whole time instead of having a presence up front with the customer. The majority of the tables were also dirty, so I didn’t stay to eat my meal.

It takes quite a bit for me to leave a 1 star review, but this Panera Bread location deserves it. SLOW as molasses would be a good descriptor. Takes forever to get an order. Not to mention, team members are often doing more chatting than working…at least 3/4 times I’ve given this place a shot. If safety is a concern, consider avoiding this place. The front door has been barricaded with high chairs for months…so the only way in or out is through the side door.

The worst panera bread of them all. They’re constantly out of their products. And this is what I get for a sandwich. Also the workers today seemed like they were in a bad mood and were not afraid to let it show. Will not be returning to this location again. 3rd time not a charm.
