Baked goods, sandwiches are ok, but usually out of several bagels I like.

Used the bathroom and their massive toilet paper dispenser was out of toilet paper. I mentioned it to the manager and she smiled at me and walked away. No one addressed the issue while I was there. I waited for my food but when I got to my car it turned out they forgot half my order. the food is good, but otherwise, I am not impressed.

The new tablet self order system is avoiding customer service. Panera touts itself as a premium bakery, but the lack of interaction felt less than a fast food establishment. A bakery order with a human was not only more personable, but also much more efficient to get an order. Two other people came in after me and expressed their displeasure as well. Panera, your food is not worth this drop in experience. Time to find someone else to take my money.

I usually don’t eat at Panera but now I am a super fan. Having been part of their unlimited sip program has been life changing. It is a huge space for me to work in peace. And their food is top notch.

Thanks for the bacon turkey bravo sandwich that had absolutely no sauce on it and was served on extremely hard/stale/uncut bread. The sandwich clearly wasn’t cut because the bread is so tough you knew you would’ve created a mess trying to cut it. This is what $12 will get you here.

I don’t like to complain unless is something really, REALLY bad. But, at least they Tried .. to make it right even when it cost me more. So 3 Stars instead of 1. I think my ca$hier was a bit too “gone” to get the order right . Once someone paid for something (specially with a child) I think they should have a little more common sense or a Repeat the order back, to Ensure what was ordered.

I love Panera and have never had a bad experience until today. I ordered 2 sandwiches along with soup. When I received my bag, I informed them there was only 1 sandwich in my bag. I was told, “It’s in the bottom. I told them again there is only 1 sandwich. The lady at the window tells someone behind her ,”she is missing a sandwich.” The person behind her says rudely.”I checked the bag twice, and it’s in the bottom.” They take the bag back and close the window. She comes to the window and says “sorry it was in another bag.” She gives me a cookie for the inconvenience and apologies. I honestly didn’t like the tone of the person who “checked the bag twice.” I decided to call the manager to inform her of my experience. When the manager came to the phone, she says “hello” I politely asked, “Who am I speaking with?” She says” the manager on duty, how can I help you?” I asked her name. (Kacey) She was rude as well. I informed her of my experience. Her toned pretty much stated she didn’t care. I spent $40.00 at Panera and just didn’t not like this locations customers service and my experience was awful. I will take my business to another location moving forward.

Panera off Hampden & I25, lots of parking. Nice location. The food was good and affordable. Lots of choices for breakfast and for lunch. The same staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

For 38$ for 2 meals you would think the salads would at least have lettuce that was not brown and old A.F. You expect more when you pay the premium….guess not.

That’s probably the last time I will go to this location. While the employees are always very friendly and respectful, they are horribly slow. Every time. And I feel cheated on my portions. Drive thru took 16 minutes, Google said it was “much less busy than usual,” and there were only 2 cars in front of me. Took 6 minutes before I could even order. I wanted a sandwich and Mac n cheese, but since it took so long to even order, I only got the mac n cheese for fear of how long I may have to wait for a sandwich. When I got home, I found that my large Mac n cheese was only half full….so I paid for a large but got a small. Awesome. Go to other locations.
