Cashier Amelia provided amazing service to us when eating out with my family. She listened and explained all menu items to us so we could each have a meal that we enjoyed! Ordered rapid pick up. Tipped %15 for them to walk it to the shelf. I paid for extra baguettes and they forgot so I called when I got home to get a refund and he got my name after I told him he may need that for the refund and never got it. He straight up lied to me to get me off the phone. Now I am regretting tipping at all cause what exactly did I tip for? I paid for the food plus some I didn’t get. Why tip if they don’t even read my order? Why lie to get me off the phone?

I’m attaching the picture of the almond croissant that my mom was given tonight when we ordered this with my meal. This was not one of the croissants that were behind the glass, it must’ve been one that of been sitting around for about a week. When I was handed my you order I was handed a rotten apple. I respectfully asked for an apple that was not rotten. I was immediately met with an attitude from the food server saying ”I can’t touch that Apple and you need to throw it away.” The sandwich that I got had meat on it it tasted like it was spoiled as well. As I was asking for a refund For my $13 meal that was inedible, there was some employee screaming bloody murder from the back of the location and the manager didn’t seem to make a big deal of it. WOW!!! What kind of operation is this?!

This location is awful! It really gives Panera Bread a bad name. I went here for lunch and ordered a you pick 2 with a broccoli cheddar soup and frontega chicken and after waiting 20 minutes I went back to the clerk to see what the deal was and they just brushed me off and said they were really busy. After waiting another 10 minutes (30 total) my food finally arrived and lets just say the portions was not worth the wait. I mean you pay $15 for a meal and get a child size sandwich! I will not be going back to this location and recommend you choose another restaurant.
