Seriously the worst experience here. They messed up my order took 45 minutes to get a bread bowl with soup and sandwich. They didn’t dig out the bread of the breadbowl so got maybe a coup bites of soup. My sandwich came out burnt.. They didn’t give me baguette with my order that I paid for.Totally not worth 50 dollars. I was also told no military discount. The one on smokey hill is way faster they offer military discount to our troops too. Don’t go to this location drive a little farther down the road to smokey hill.

So normally I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this is about the 5th time now they’ve run out of soft drinks/lemonade. I’ve never had an issue with drinks at a Panera, let alone any other food location for that matter. If you guys are going to offer sip club, you have to be able to keep up with the demand. Whoever is in charge of ordering more inventory either needs some more training or needs to be replaced. It would be nice if they at least made more lemonade.

The quality of the food, presentation, amount and flavor has been on the decline, while prices have been on the rise. Today was the worst ever! I ordered a Mac and cheese for my child, and a citrus Asian salad. My salad was the worst! The presentation was horrible and the dressing tasted like ketchup based bbq dressing. I can’t believe that I paid $24 foliara for this nasty food! This will be my last time here!

I received email on 6:02PM that ‘Your Rapid pick-up order is ready! Go inside and you’ll find your order on the Rapid Pick-up shelf.’ Arrived on 6:05PM but saw empty shelf. Asked about my order and was told to go to the cashier where a crowd was waiting. At 6:15PM I had to cut in line and was told the order had been sitting on the table behind the cashier. I will not go again unless I am ok to sit down, relax and spend one hour inside just like in a regular restaurant.
