We dined in for lunch and ordered at the kiosk. The smokey buffalo chicken melt on a toasted baguette was deliclous, filling, and flavorful. Had a side of macaroni and it’s probably my favorite macaronl to have. The cheese flatbread plzza was very cheesy and blgger than I expected. Also had a half tuna salad sandwich which tasted fresh and the half green goddess cobb salad with chicken was delicious. Customer service was good and the restaurant was clean.

So disappointed. Paid $27 for two salads which isn’t a problem if they’re portioned correctly and containing all items. Pulled the salads out to see we got half salads. Their new Asian citrus crunch salad was supposed to have grilled chicken thighs and we got home and it had none. They also gave us chips instead of apples. 🙁 what a waste of money.

Today was my first time going to Panera. The sandwich was great…after they made it the second time. The first sandwich had lettuce that was so old I was liquidy and it looked like cooked lettuce. After that, the manager made me a new sandwich and was very nice. I would eat there again because the second sandwich was delicious and they corrected the mistake! The great customer service when ordering and when mistake was presented, never faltered. Try their Blood Orange Lemonade, a new fave!
