Panera Bread franchise should shut down this branch.

What a disappointment! Besides not getting a sandwich I paid for the other sandwich I ordered (Napa Almond Chicken) had such a small amount of chicken salad in it. I called to talk to the manager but no answer.

The location is nice and the service attentive. Food is great and well presented. I appreciated their large indoors space and getting recommendations from the cashier. They accept credit cards and parking is easy.

I spent $45 here for VERY LAUGHABLY tiny portions of food. The Panera of my college years was on my tastebuds this Saturday afternoon. So I thought I’d give this new location a try. I received my food and as you can see in the photos, it was NOT what it appears on-screen (they have digital kiosks that you order on when you enter). The food is not homemade. It’s pre-packaged, small portions of garbage! My fruit cup was tiny, my sandwich was tiny. I added bacon to it and it wasn’t added. My daughter’s teriyaki chicken looked like it was half eaten and they forgot my side of mac n cheese. The manager was a rude, entitled teenager who told me she didn’t see anything wrong with the spoonful of cucumber tomato salad that I ordered as a side. Also, the tables were all dirty and floor was sticky. This place is too new to be this poorly run. I’m still hungry. And Disappointed Shame on you, Panera!

Mediterranean warm bowl was delicious. Light but filling. Definitely a better option than fried food on the road. Orange ginger hot tea with honey was perfect for a cold day. Restrooms were clean. It also has a drive thru option. A better option overall for a road trip

Panera Bread offers only the tastiest dishes and baked goods made from the finest ingredients. And the baked goods, loaf breads, cookies and sweet goods are the standard that other bakeries seek to emulate. My personal favorite is a big bowl of Broccoli and Cheddar soup with a side of Panera potato chips. My wife enjoys the 2 for 1 option. She usually gets the half steak and white cheddar sandwich and a salad or bowl of one of the variety of great soups that are offered at Panera. Also, become a Panera Rewards member and enjoy getting a free item from their menu from time to time. I encourage you to try Panera Breads many fine menu items served by their friendly staff. Walk in with your laptop and dine in or call ahead and use their drive-thru service. Either way, I’m certain you will enjoy your meal at Panera Bread

This place has really gone down hill. Their salads have iceberg lettuce. No other type of salad mix. They charge you for ingredients they don’t have..For example their southwest salad is supposed to have avacados but when I told them I didn’t have any in my salad they said they were out but still charged me full price…had I known before hand I would have ordered something else. Their tables are falling apart. When I went to get a drink there was a big puddle of water on the floor. I told the employee and he did nothing. This is not a place I would eat at. Their corn chowder looked as if it had been sitting out overnight. Very disappointing and I won’t be coming back!

Visited this location yesterday. Arrived at 5:30 pm. It took forever to get our food then to have it thrown on the counter in a bag without a word said to us. Literally threw it at us on the counter and then walked away. It was in a bag when we chose “dine in.” As we started to eat, a young man came out into the dining room at 6:12 pm and announced that the restaurant closed at 6:00 and we had to leave and to use the side door. He walked out and left. It was bizarre, to say the least, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in to place order to go on Monday, July 3. Employees all are just standing around, not attentive. Order 2 “pick two” orders.
