What a joke of a meal. I never leave bad reviews, but this was just sad…especially for the price. Let me list the complaints

Great spot for soup and sandwichs. Don’t forget the salads are also super yummy. Sometimes I think the price is a little bit too much but I love the interiors and the space in general so on a weekend evening it’s a good getaway to relax kind of like a coffee shop. Everything on the menu is outstanding but my go-to is the Chipotle Chicken Avocado. There are quite a few options for coffee as well so that is definitely a good value to go with the sandwich on a cool winter day.

Delicious food nice customer service. Bunch of single people taking up booths and putting feet up on chairs. That is disgusting not Panera fault but gross to sit near these people. They are not even eating just taking up space on there computers

I came here with a brand new $15 Christmas gift card my sister gave me last week for Christmas. I admit I haven’t been here in over 8 years because the menu has nothing I like.

Spent 15 minutes trying to order online for the first time. It took my son’s order but wouldn’t let me put in my order. My son said, “Just call them & order.” I did & was told “We just became a corporate store & don’t take orders over the phone anymore.” Then my Millennial son tried to order online & he said “This is easy” until the online site logged him off … or did it? He’s driving there now to pick up the food (if the order went through or he’ll order it when he gets there.) Whatever, I’m feeling sick & wanted a bowl of chicken noodle soup which I’ll get but will I attempt to go to Panera again? Not online. In person for a bowl of Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup? Yes. Will I become a regular? No. Kerbey Lane’s half a block down the street from Panera which I’ve been going to since 1989. They still take food orders over the phone. Panera, it’s too hard to order food from your place of business. ______ technology! You’ve lost a potential regular customer before we even got started.

I’m disabled, I really enjoyed the curbside service during covid19. It saved me from having to wheelchair into the restaurant just to pick up a order.

For a spur-of-the-moment decision we decided to go into this place for lunch. We paid $25 on two sandwiches, one bowl of macaroni and cheese, one bowl of soup and one drink. I thought at that price it would be an enormous plate and we probably should have gotten one and just split it but I ended up leaving their hungry. And to top it off our counter person was really quite rude. She seemed very annoyed with the fact that I just wanted a ham and cheese sandwich. I didn’t want anything fancy. Just something really basic would make me happy.

Got my order wrong.I have an egg allergy ordered an sausage cheese sandwich on Asiago cheese bagley. They are always out of Asiago bagles so chose sesame. But came with egg. Lucky I smelt egg and questioned No egg right? They said yes egg. Then said good thing you asked. Point: I shouldn’t have to ask when I say No egg, allergy when ordering. If I did smell and ask I would have paid for a breakfast I couldn’t eat. Point: food allergies should be taken seriously and special care taken to protect customers.
