Understand that the customer is watching what you serve and if you put 2 soup ladles in a Cup or a Bowl, it’s still 2 servings… what changes is the container! The bad attitude, the unpleasant faces and the poor attention are the sadness of this place, how different they are compared to those I have visited in 16 states of this country. Congratulations THEY ARE THE WORST!!

It has been awhile since I visited aPanera so I was impressed with the order kiosk as well as a live person at the counter. She was pleasant, patient & explained all the options. Food presentation was good but could have used more flavor. I’ll be back for sure!

Good services. Nice environment. Good for study and business meetings. Thank you. The manager and staffs are nice too.

This Panera bread location is the worst location ever . They should rehire a whole new cooking crew as well as a manager . Looks like they have 0 standards. The chipotle chicken sandwich had practically zero meat and 2 sprigs of greens. My wife’s soup tasted like a week old soup and really salty.

Do not go to this location. I waited 20 minutes for a kids meal grilled cheese w/an apple and the cheese was not even melted. Customer service was terrible. Tried to call the store twice, no answer. Employees more concerned with being on their phones at the window rather than handing orders out.

I usually love Panera Bread but today I found a surprise in my Mexican Corn Chowder. At first I was hoping it wasn’t what I thought it was because it was curled up but when I touched it I realized it was definitely hair in my soup. Very disappointed.

My family and I visited this Panera location for the very first time. The restaurant is huge, nice, and clean. There are 4 self-ordering kiosks that were easy and convenient to use. There are 2 beverage stations: one is for coffee and tea (in the front), while the other is for cold drinks (in the back of the dining room). The food was enjoyable. Restrooms are in the back. Wifi is fast. Aside from having a huge dining room, they also have patio seating. There’s ample parking, and they have a drive-thru. I took off 1 star because (1) the dark roast coffee wasn’t hot; (2) there’s almost always no one in the front counter so that customers who want to order from a person stood and waited there for 3-5 minutes; (3) one of the self-order kiosks was acting up; and (4) they have very limited pastry offerings.

It is such a shame what has happened to Panera. They were always consistently great in customer service and food quality. Today was the second time in a month I went through the drive thru to place an order for bagels. I was told both times they were completely out because it was afternoon. But today, I went inside after. The entire bakery was completely filled with bagels, pastries etc. I guess the drive thru person couldn’t be bothered to walk to the front. Once inside, four employees were standing near the register talking. They were within a foot of me and not one person tried to take my order. After 10 minutes, one person finally helped. I will not be back to this location.

This is by far the best Panera location I’ve been to. The outdoor sitting are is everything. The vibes just feel right… the food as usual is good. This would be my new location even if it’s really far from my I just love the scenery… you can get really nice pictures too

Yummy food, fast service. The only knock I would give this Panera are the plethora of dirty tables and trash on the floor. There’s an outdoor patio but it’s not covered, so I’m not quite sure who is eating outside in Texas.
