Very dirty and the staff seems clueless behind the counter. They claimed that they would refill the tea that we had already paid for. Waste of money and time. Dirty ceilings and tables. Might want to call the department of health. Very unhappy about the service and atmosphere.

We drove thru the drive thru at this location. This location is on College Park or 242 location. Cafe # 202507. It was on August 29th 2023. I am placing the date so the “gal” that was working hopefully gets fired!!! Horrible customer service!! The time was around 6:00. We DID NOT know the drive thru wasn’t open as there was no sign or barricade to block off the drive. So we drove up to the order area to order, waiting a good amount of time because again.. didn’t know it wasn’t open for ordering! When the worker finally came on the speaker we said we were ready to order… we had said that rather loudly as we had been waiting at the speaker for a while. She had said, OK, there is really no need to yell” she had said it in a VERY mean way, which came across as incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful!!!! Again…. We didn’t know the drive thru wasn’t open as there was no way of letting customers know that. We proceeded to drive up to the window to let her know we didn’t know it wasn’t open and she just closed the window while we were talking!!! I think this location is short on staff so the possibility of your employee being fired probably won’t happen, but, she NEEDS TO BE!!! I wrote the date and time we were there so hopefully you know which employee I’m talking about!! I will take this complaint higher up if I need to!!!!

The dining room is not clean. Most of the tables were crusty and crumby. The employee who did wipe our table while I was getting napkins to clean it myself missed spots and got crumbs on the seats and floor. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, there were lots of little bits of trash on it. One employee was on a ladder cleaning behind the menu boards when he really needed to be bussing and cleaning the tables and carpet. Why on earth would you clean the wall behind the menu boards? Tables present more of a health hazard than that covered wall that’s ten feet away from customers.

The food tasted fine but every table was dirty. The toilet has obviously not been cleaned in a LONG time and the drink machines are neglected/leaking. Another patron said they found ants fearing at one of the tables so they definitely have a pest problem. Hopefully the food prep area is sanitary… But from what I’ve seen I of doubt if it would pass inspection.

The service here is the worst, Brittany the manager did not help us at all in drive-thru. This location always has drive thru issues, most of the time it’s closed!She said drive thru was for pick up only! Whats the point of having curbside pickup in the front. Sounds like they don’t want to work! Oh, let me go ahead and put today is 9/2/2023 at 8:40pm. Very rude employee, such a shame this is a great location for it to have such bad service.

Been there several times because the food is good, but service is horrible. Plenty of staff but we were totally ignored at the counter. I guess they expect everyone to order at the kiosk. After 20 minutes my wife went to remind them about her strawberry smoothie, and a cross dressing dude responded by saying “I like your earrings!” They somehow could not find our smoothie even though we paid for it. After a total of 30 minutes they brought it out.

The service here is slow as can be, and what’s all the more confusing is why they have a drive through at all when they shut it down with traffic cones most of the time. I can’t recall the last time I went during breakfast hours and the drive through wasn’t blocked off. The only time I’ve seen it open was around lunch time a couple of weeks ago. I drove in, the voice on the speaker told me to please hold, and then another car pulled up behind me. A couple minutes went by, and an employee came out with the traffic cones and blocked off the drive through right behind the second car, blocking us both in the drive through even though no one had even taken either of our orders yet. Finally, a few minutes went by, and they came back and asked “Has anyone helped you?” Service was then slow once ordering was done.

Hit or miss on the service. Today nobody was working the drive thru. It wasn’t marked off as closed. We arrived around 9am and we wanted a breakfast sandwich and a sandwich for lunch. We were only able to order breakfast sandwiches but it didn’t say the other sandwiches weren’t available. Anyway, the food is pretty good.
